Nous proposons des r\u00e9parations express et fiables pour les smartphones et les tablettes\", explique Marijan Andelic, propri\u00e9taire de Swiss Mobile. L'expert en t\u00e9l\u00e9communications reprend avec effet imm\u00e9diat l'ensemble des 30 sites de la clinique mobile en Suisse, qui comprend \u00e9galement les marques Fix Repair et Handy Doktor.<\/p>\n

Les marques Mobile Klinik, Fix Repair et Handy Doktor sont maintenues sous la direction op\u00e9rationnelle de Marcel Dossenbach. Parall\u00e8lement, l'offre de l'entreprise s'adresse d\u00e9sormais aussi bien aux clients priv\u00e9s qu'aux entreprises.<\/p>\n

Les clients ne veulent pas perdre de temps<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les donn\u00e9es de la clinique mobile montrent qu'environ 75% de toutes les r\u00e9parations de smartphones sont effectu\u00e9es imm\u00e9diatement sur place. Les 25% restants doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s ou remplac\u00e9s. Envoyer un smartphone, voire le remplacer, s'accompagne toutefois d'une grande d\u00e9pense, explique Marcel Dossenbach, CEO de la clinique mobile. \"En m\u00eame temps, un nouveau smartphone est nettement plus cher qu'une r\u00e9paration, le transfert des donn\u00e9es sur un nouvel appareil est fastidieux et le d\u00e9lai d'attente d'environ une semaine avant le renvoi d'un appareil est p\u00e9nible et n'est pas adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 notre \u00e9poque\".<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de la tendance au d\u00e9veloppement durable, les smartphones sont plus robustes et utilis\u00e9s si possible jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de leur dur\u00e9e de vie maximale. Les r\u00e9parations express sur place sont donc tr\u00e8s demand\u00e9es. Dans ce contexte, la fermeture de nombreux sites de r\u00e9paration de grands prestataires de services est surprenante. L'argument selon lequel cela serait dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat des clients l'est encore plus. Marijan Andelic se montre optimiste : \"Je me rends moi-m\u00eame chaque semaine dans nos boutiques et je connais les besoins des clients. Avec le rachat de la clinique mobile, nous exploitons les synergies de l'entreprise et proposons aux particuliers et aux entreprises des solutions compl\u00e8tes et globales dans le domaine des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications ainsi que des r\u00e9parations express de haut niveau. D\u00e8s l'ann\u00e9e prochaine, nous comptons sur une augmentation du chiffre d'affaires d'environ 20 pour cent\".<\/p>\n
