La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 est actuellement un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne omnipr\u00e9sent en Suisse. Dans le cadre de \"l'\u00e9tude Employer Branding 2023\", r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration entre la ZHAW et JobCloud, des entreprises de toutes tailles et de tous secteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es sur l'Employer Branding et la p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9. L'\u00e9tude confirme que 56 % des employeurs en Suisse sont concern\u00e9s par la p\u00e9nurie de collaborateurs qualifi\u00e9s. La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9e dans les grandes entreprises, tandis que les petites entreprises en souffrent un peu moins. \"La p\u00e9nurie aigu\u00eb de personnel qualifi\u00e9 entra\u00eene souvent une v\u00e9ritable \"guerre des talents\" entre les employeurs afin d'atteindre des collaborateurs qualifi\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9\", explique Davide Villa, CEO de JobCloud.<\/p>\n

L'\u00e9tude montre en outre que la p\u00e9nurie de main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e en Suisse a des cons\u00e9quences importantes sur le recrutement des collaborateurs. Si un poste vacant ne peut pas \u00eatre pourvu apr\u00e8s une longue recherche, 59% des entreprises prolongent le processus de recherche. L'embauche d'une personne de compromis constitue \u00e9galement une alternative pour 34% des entreprises. Environ un quart des entreprises confient un mandat de recherche \u00e0 des interm\u00e9diaires externes ou r\u00e9duisent leurs exigences dans le profil du poste. Environ une entreprise sur cinq (21%) renonce m\u00eame compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 pourvoir le poste ou externalise la fonction recherch\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger ou \u00e0 des entreprises tierces.<\/p>\n

Les entreprises interrog\u00e9es attribuent les difficult\u00e9s de recrutement \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents facteurs. Parmi les principales causes, on trouve le manque de candidats qualifi\u00e9s et de comp\u00e9tences (35%), la situation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur le march\u00e9 du travail (27%) et les exigences salariales \u00e9lev\u00e9es des candidats (22%). Des horaires de travail flexibles (17%), des conditions attrayantes (15%) et des avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires (10%) jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le. \"Adis Merdzanovic, professeur au service Communication & Branding de l'Institut de gestion du marketing de la ZHAW.<\/p>\n

Les portails en ligne comme soutien \u00e0 la marque employeur<\/strong><\/h3>\n

L'\u00e9tude montre que les portails en ligne sont \u00e9galement un canal important pour renforcer sa propre marque employeur, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et des contacts personnels, car ils sont utilis\u00e9s par plus de 40% des participants \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude pour l'employer branding. \"En tant que fournisseur sur le march\u00e9 du recrutement num\u00e9rique en Suisse, JobCloud propose de nombreuses offres \u00e0 ses clients pour se pr\u00e9senter aux candidats potentiels avec une marque employeur forte, comme les profils d'employeur sur les portails d'emploi jobs.ch ou jobup.ch\", explique Davide Villa.<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre de l'\u00e9tude \"Employer Branding 2023\", les entreprises ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es sur les mesures qu'elles prennent pour garder les collaborateurs \u00e0 long terme dans l'entreprise. Les mesures les plus souvent cit\u00e9es sont la flexibilisation des horaires de travail (43%), les augmentations de salaire et les possibilit\u00e9s de formation continue suppl\u00e9mentaires (37%). Seuls six pour cent n'ont pris aucune mesure de r\u00e9tention. \"Pour fid\u00e9liser davantage les collaborateurs, il est essentiel d'encourager un fort sentiment d'identification avec l'entreprise, par exemple par une culture d'entreprise claire, des valeurs communes et une atmosph\u00e8re de travail agr\u00e9able. L'entreprise devrait \u00e9galement conna\u00eetre les besoins et les souhaits individuels des collaborateurs et y r\u00e9pondre\", explique le Dr Adis Merdzanovic.<\/p>\n
