Le r\u00e9sultat est effrayant : des r\u00e9sidus de ce produit ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9s dans chacune des bi\u00e8res test\u00e9es, et ce bien au-del\u00e0 de la valeur limite.<\/p>\n<p>Le glyphosate est de loin la substance active pesticide la plus utilis\u00e9e en Allemagne - environ 5.400 tonnes sont utilis\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e dans le pays. Selon l'Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9, cet herbicide total est nocif pour le patrimoine g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et \"probablement canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne\". Les valeurs mesur\u00e9es se situaient entre 0,46 microgrammes par litre (\u00b5g\/l) et 29,74 \u00b5g\/l, soit, dans les cas extr\u00eames, presque 300 fois plus que la valeur limite l\u00e9gale pour l'eau potable (0,1 \u00b5g\/l).<\/p>\n<p>\"Toutes les bi\u00e8res test\u00e9es contenaient le pesticide glyphosate. L'Ordonnance allemande de puret\u00e9 risque ainsi de tourner \u00e0 la farce, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l'ann\u00e9e de son 500e anniversaire\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la biologiste Sophia Guttenberger de l'Institut de l'environnement de Munich. \"Une substance qui est probablement canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne n'a rien \u00e0 faire ni dans la bi\u00e8re ni dans notre corps\". Les Allemands consomment en moyenne 107 litres de bi\u00e8re par an et ing\u00e8rent donc \u00e9galement du glyphosate sans le savoir. Selon Guttenberger, cela n'est pas compatible avec l'image de puret\u00e9 et de naturel que d\u00e9fendent les brasseries allemandes.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nous appelons les brasseries \u00e0 examiner maintenant de pr\u00e8s leurs produits et leurs ingr\u00e9dients.
