(Image : www.pixabay.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Les perspectives du march\u00e9 : Le sentiment reste positif<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l'incertitude \u00e9conomique et les crises multiples \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale, les entreprises souhaitent, dans leur grande majorit\u00e9 et dans tous les secteurs interrog\u00e9s, continuer \u00e0 recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs ou du moins \u00e0 maintenir leurs effectifs sur l'ensemble du territoire. Pour ce faire, les entreprises sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9es au d\u00e9fi d'attirer de nouveaux collaborateurs dans l'entreprise pour les d\u00e9penses futures. 80% des employeurs interrog\u00e9s et 83% des salari\u00e9s des entreprises s'inqui\u00e8tent de pouvoir y parvenir en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, l'attention se porte davantage sur les avantages et les prestations suppl\u00e9mentaires ainsi que sur les possibilit\u00e9s de formation continue, en plus du salaire. L'une des nombreuses options pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es est l'envoi temporaire chez des clients ou des partenaires commerciaux afin d'obtenir de nouveaux aper\u00e7us et de nouvelles impulsions.<\/p>\n<p>Les salaires dans les domaines de l'informatique, du commerce, de la finance et de la comptabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9passent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour la plupart les 100 000 francs suisses, voire le 25e centile pour certains postes : si les employ\u00e9s poss\u00e8dent les exigences, les certificats et les dipl\u00f4mes requis, ils peuvent atteindre des salaires annuels \u00e0 six chiffres d\u00e8s leur entr\u00e9e dans un poste, trois exemples :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helpdesk (1er, 2\u00e8me niveau) -&gt; 110 000 francs suisses (25\u00e8me percentile)<\/li>\n<li>Business Analyst -&gt; 102 000 francs suisses (25e centile)<\/li>\n<li>Responsable RH -&gt; 103 250 francs suisses (25e percentile)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En 2023, dans le domaine de l'informatique, il est courant d'avoir un salaire annuel sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 100 000 francs suisses pour tous les postes.<\/p>\n<p>Les p\u00e9nuries de personnel dans le domaine de l'informatique rendent la situation et la recherche des meilleurs sp\u00e9cialistes beaucoup plus difficiles. D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, certains postes sont pay\u00e9s 100.000 francs suisses :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ing\u00e9nieur syst\u00e8me -&gt; 100 500 francs suisses plus<\/li>\n<li>Data Scientist -&gt; 100 000 francs suisses plus<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppeur de logiciels (Java, C#\/C++, . Net, Python) -&gt; 101 500 francs suisses plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\"La pression sur les responsables RH dans l'informatique est immense, beaucoup de postes vacants, peu de personnel disponible. Les salaires vers\u00e9s en Suisse refl\u00e8tent cette \u00e9volution\", explique Renata von Gottberg, Director et Branch Manager Zurich chez Robert Half Suisse. Elle ajoute que l'importance de l'informatique va encore augmenter dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir et qu'elle va surtout entra\u00eener une sp\u00e9cialisation des domaines qui devront trouver et recruter ces experts. \"Il est \u00e9galement clair que tout le domaine de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 informatique jouera un r\u00f4le central, surtout maintenant que les premi\u00e8res nouvelles technologies en mati\u00e8re d'automatisation ou d'intelligence artificielle font leur entr\u00e9e dans les entreprises\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'importance de la comptabilit\u00e9 se traduit par une nette augmentation des salaires<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outre les t\u00e2ches classiques, le secteur des finances et de la comptabilit\u00e9 est de plus en plus confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'augmentation des exigences r\u00e9glementaires. Pour les salari\u00e9s, cela se traduit par des niveaux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s sur l'ensemble du territoire et, \u00e0 l'inverse, par un \u00e9ventail de t\u00e2ches plus complexe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manager Comptabilit\u00e9 -&gt; 153 000 francs suisses plus (75e percentile)<\/li>\n<li>Responsable de la conformit\u00e9 -&gt; 168 000 francs suisses plus (75e percentile)<\/li>\n<li>Gestionnaire des salaires -&gt; 132 500 francs suisses plus (75e centile)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\"La p\u00e9nurie de personnel qualifi\u00e9, mais aussi les exigences des entreprises en mati\u00e8re de chiffres et de reporting, propulsent les salaires de l'ensemble des services comptables vers de nouveaux sommets\", explique Eva Mahoney, Director Permanent chez Robert Half en Suisse. \"Ce ne sont pas seulement les r\u00e9glementations toujours plus nombreuses et plus complexes, mais aussi l'utilisation des outils technologiques les plus r\u00e9cents qui poussent \u00e0 la demande de nouveaux professionnels et experts dans les services\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le domaine commercial prend une nouvelle importance dans les entreprises<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les postes cl\u00e9s du secteur commercial seront nettement mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s en 2023 qu'en 2022.
