Avec le syst\u00e8me de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organisator.ch\/de\/operational-excellence\/2023-03-30\/chatgpt-im-einsatz-fuer-kundenservice\/\">Printemps 2023<\/a> permet aux clients de saisir facilement leurs questions et leurs demandes directement sur le site web. La phase de test s'\u00e9tant achev\u00e9e avec succ\u00e8s, Clara est d\u00e9sormais disponible en tant que service standard int\u00e9grant la toute derni\u00e8re technologie d'intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. L'utilisation reste exploratoire dans le sens d'un processus d'apprentissage. Gr\u00e2ce aux r\u00e9actions des utilisateurs, Clara est constamment perfectionn\u00e9. L'acc\u00e8s au service client\u00e8le est possible en allemand, fran\u00e7ais, italien, anglais et dans diverses autres langues.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Principal canal libre-service de l'Helvetia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'assistant num\u00e9rique Clara permet aux clients de poser facilement leur question ou de d\u00e9crire un probl\u00e8me. Le service est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre \u00e0 bas seuil et fonctionne sans enregistrement. Le nombre d'utilisateurs depuis le lancement de la phase de test au printemps 2023 prouve que cette offre est bien accueillie. Pour l'ann\u00e9e en cours, Helvetia s'attend \u00e0 plus de 150 000 chats - presque le double de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Clara est ainsi devenu en peu de temps le principal canal de libre-service de l'Helvetia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La confiance est essentielle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La confiance des clients est d'une importance capitale pour une assurance. Cela vaut \u00e9galement pour l'utilisation de services clients num\u00e9riques. Bien qu'il n'existe actuellement aucune directive contraignante dans le secteur, Helvetia a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en ligne le chatbot soutenu par la technologie GPT actualis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L'Helvetia est consciente de la responsabilit\u00e9 qui en d\u00e9coule et utilise l'intelligence artificielle exclusivement dans un cadre contr\u00f4l\u00e9.
