(Photo : Marc-Steffen Unger)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La Suisse pousse un soupir de soulagement : le franc s'est d\u00e9tendu, les exportations suisses augmentent, un boom conjoncturel est de retour au niveau international et les attentes de l'industrie suisse sont plus que bonnes. \"L'\u00e9conomie suisse se porte \u00e0 nouveau bien\", telle est l'opinion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Mais comme chacun sait, une hirondelle ne fait pas le printemps, car certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments ne sont pas pris en compte, comme l'\u00e9crit l'association Swissmechanic dans un nouveau communiqu\u00e9 de presse : Premi\u00e8rement, il n'est absolument pas garanti que l'envol\u00e9e de l'euro se poursuive (risque d'un nouveau choc du franc) et deuxi\u00e8mement, les cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques de la force du franc sont loin d'\u00eatre surmont\u00e9es (convalescence des PME). Troisi\u00e8mement, poursuit le communiqu\u00e9, l'envol\u00e9e actuelle de l'euro a \u00e9t\u00e9 en partie cr\u00e9\u00e9e artificiellement. Selon les donn\u00e9es de l'autorit\u00e9 de surveillance Commodity Futures Trading Commission, ce sont justement les gros investisseurs qui parient sur une force durable de l'euro par rapport au dollar. Les derniers chiffres indiquent que ces positions sp\u00e9culatives sur un euro plus fort n'ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9es depuis au moins le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e 2015.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'\u00eele de Franc et la mar\u00e9e d'euros<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La valeur du franc suisse est donc un peu plus faible depuis peu et peut rapidement remonter. Si une crise venait \u00e0 se profiler, les entreprises suisses se retrouveraient imm\u00e9diatement avec de l'eau jusqu'au cou. Les d\u00e9veloppements internationaux et l'\u00e9valuation de l'euro repr\u00e9sentent un risque permanent. N\u00e9anmoins, le franc suisse reste une valeur refuge pour les investisseurs du monde entier en temps de crise. Il en r\u00e9sulte une pression constante \u00e0 la hausse. Actuellement, les effets n\u00e9gatifs sont masqu\u00e9s par la reprise \u00e9conomique actuelle. Dans le contexte de taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat bas et d'un franc qui s'appr\u00e9cie, cela devrait toutefois inqui\u00e9ter tout le monde. Si l'on ne veut pas assister \u00e0 une \"mort massive\" des PME-MEM suisses dans un avenir proche, le temps est venu d'agir, compte tenu du risque d'un nouveau choc du franc.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rebond contre reprise<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e8s la crise financi\u00e8re de 2008, puis de mani\u00e8re plus marqu\u00e9e en 2015, l'industrie a d\u00fb faire face au franc fort. Depuis, il y a un probl\u00e8me de marge pour les PME orient\u00e9es vers l'exportation, car elles doivent vendre au prix du march\u00e9 mondial. Pour beaucoup, cela signifiait : Le parc de machines n'a certes pas \u00e9t\u00e9 renouvel\u00e9, mais les r\u00e9serves de capitaux ont tout de m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duites et donc aucune nouvelle r\u00e9serve d'investissement n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e. Pour de nombreuses petites entreprises, il ne s'agit pas d'un report d'investissement voulu, mais d'un trou d'investissement et d'un \u00e9norme probl\u00e8me. Le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat n\u00e9gatif n'a pas non plus eu d'effet positif sur les investissements dans l'industrie de transformation. Une reprise \u00e0 long terme est n\u00e9cessaire pour la convalescence des PME. Une reprise d'\u00e0 peine six mois, qui ne touche toutefois pas tous les secteurs et toutes les tailles d'entreprises, ne suffit pas. Se vanter maintenant que l'\u00e9conomie suisse se porte \u00e0 nouveau bien serait illusoire et \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Le boom conjoncturel est emp\u00each\u00e9 par le trou d'investissement et l'ass\u00e8chement du cr\u00e9dit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une nouvelle enqu\u00eate de Swissmechanic montre que plus de 70% des personnes interrog\u00e9es souhaitent investir dans l'industrie 4.0. Toutefois, l'image est divis\u00e9e au niveau international en ce qui concerne le financement. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des PME-MEM suisses \u00e9tablies s'en sortent sans cr\u00e9dit bancaire. La part des entreprises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d'un financement bancaire est donc nettement plus faible en Suisse (35 %) que dans les pays voisins : Italie (52%), France (49%), Autriche (48%), Allemagne (45 %). Une demande de cr\u00e9dit r\u00e9ussie n\u00e9cessite un essor \u00e0 plus long terme : elle exige en effet de bons rapports d'activit\u00e9 sur le long terme, une infrastructure moderne, des garanties et des mod\u00e8les commerciaux orient\u00e9s vers l'avenir. Plus de 27% des entreprises n'obtiennent donc plus de cr\u00e9dit et plus de 26% ne souhaitent pas se prononcer \u00e0 ce sujet. Les grandes entreprises qui ont \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate ont d'autres possibilit\u00e9s de se procurer des fonds ou d\u00e9localisent simplement une partie de leur production \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>Swissmechanic a reconnu ce trou d'investissement comme un probl\u00e8me important pour les PME suisses et en discutera le 14 septembre lors du Business Day avec plus de vingt experts issus de la politique, de la technique, de la recherche et de l'\u00e9conomie.
