Qu'il s'agisse de la satisfaction au travail, de la loyaut\u00e9 envers l'employeur ou de la sant\u00e9 mentale, tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont \u00e0 un niveau historiquement bas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9bellion contre les mauvaises conditions de travail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au cours des douze mois de cette \u00e9tude, FirstSignals a analys\u00e9 le paysage m\u00e9diatique allemand et anglais en ce qui concerne les termes pertinents en rapport avec le monde du travail. \"Great Resignation\" et \"Big Quit\" - en fran\u00e7ais \"la grande d\u00e9mission\" - sont en t\u00eate du hit-parade des termes tendance actuels. Ils apparaissent de mani\u00e8re surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans 30.817 articles en ligne dans les pays germanophones et anglophones et repr\u00e9sentent l'insatisfaction des gens face aux conditions dominantes dans le monde du travail. Cons\u00e9quence : 40 pour cent des salari\u00e9s du monde entier veulent quitter leur emploi dans un avenir proche (World Economic Forum 2023).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>De nouveaux termes pour le nouveau monde du travail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9ruptions sur les march\u00e9s du travail se traduisent par de nombreux termes nouveaux, recens\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude et compt\u00e9s sous forme de leur diffusion m\u00e9diatique. Plus ils sont cit\u00e9s, plus leur pertinence en tant qu'indicateurs de tendance est grande. Quatre tendances d'avenir fournissent \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard des impulsions pour une transformation positive.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Passion Economy : dans leur qu\u00eate d'un travail qui a du sens, les gens orientent de plus en plus leur carri\u00e8re en fonction de leurs valeurs, de leurs talents individuels et de leurs passions. Cela rend le travail ind\u00e9pendant en solo ou la collaboration avec des ONG attrayants pour beaucoup plus de personnes. Pour les entreprises, cela signifie une concurrence accrue pour attirer les meilleurs talents.<\/li>\n<li>Polywork : temps partiel, semaine de quatre jours, Paid Time Off, Me Work, Job Sharing, Workation. Les structures d'emploi se diversifient. Si l'on veut rester attractif en tant qu'employeur, il faut rendre cette diversit\u00e9 possible.<\/li>\n<li>Job-Crafting : derri\u00e8re ce terme se cache la possibilit\u00e9 de laisser les gens organiser leur travail en fonction de leurs besoins individuels. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, cela augmente l'attractivit\u00e9 des professions o\u00f9 r\u00e8gnent les plus grands probl\u00e8mes et la plus grande p\u00e9nurie : les soins, la sant\u00e9, l'\u00e9ducation et l'approvisionnement.<\/li>\n<li>New Leadership : un meilleur monde du travail n\u00e9cessite un meilleur style de leadership. Le leadership charismatique est aujourd'hui consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un \"leadership toxique\". Le nouveau leadership, en revanche, consiste \u00e0 c\u00e9der le pouvoir, \u00e0 offrir son soutien et \u00e0 confier des responsabilit\u00e9s.
