(Image : www.leancom.ch)<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Les entreprises participantes ont pass\u00e9 un assessment professionnel et ont convaincu le jury d'experts par diff\u00e9rentes contributions \u00e0 l'augmentation de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au Lean Management. Romano Verdieri, partenaire de Leancom SA, r\u00e9sume : \"Les participants au Swiss Lean Award 2023 de cette ann\u00e9e ont prouv\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re impressionnante, par leurs applications cons\u00e9quentes, que le Lean Management apporte une contribution essentielle et indispensable au succ\u00e8s de l'entreprise. Les entreprises am\u00e9liorent ainsi leur r\u00e9sistance et cr\u00e9ent la base d'une diff\u00e9renciation durable et durable par rapport \u00e0 leurs concurrents sur le march\u00e9. La r\u00e9duction du gaspillage ainsi que la mise en \u0153uvre commune et constante d'am\u00e9liorations au sein de l'entreprise sont indispensables\". Les membres du jury soulignent en outre l'importance d'un processus de r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes qui ne se focalise pas uniquement sur le probl\u00e8me et la solution, mais qui comprend une analyse des causes.<\/p>\r\n<p>La semaine derni\u00e8re, l'entreprise technologique Phoenix Mecano Solutions AG, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Stein am Rhein, s'est impos\u00e9e face \u00e0 quatre autres finalistes. \"L'ensemble du package a convaincu\", explique Stefan Weitz, qui faisait partie du jury d'experts - compos\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cialistes de Leancom AG, de KMU SWISS et de la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de Suisse orientale. \"Non seulement parce que Phoenix Mecano Solutions AG applique la m\u00e9thode Hoshin Kanri \u00e0 travers toutes les hi\u00e9rarchies, mais aussi parce que l'ensemble du personnel vit excellemment la philosophie du lean management et l'a int\u00e9gr\u00e9e globalement comme une partie int\u00e9grante de l'entreprise\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Les quatre autres finalistes du Swiss Lean Award 2023 sont : Post CH SA Logistik-Services \u00e0 Zurich-M\u00fclligen, ELSA Group SA \u00e0 Estavayer-le-Lac, Hypothekarbank Lenzburg AG \u00e0 Lenzbourg et Ypsomed AG \u00e0 Berthoud.<\/p>\r\n<p>Les c\u00e9r\u00e9monies de remise des prix ont eu lieu la semaine derni\u00e8re, au cours desquelles les laur\u00e9ats ont re\u00e7u leur prix et leur certificat en mains propres au si\u00e8ge de leur entreprise.<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leancom.ch\/\">www.leancom.ch<\/a><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En novembre, le Swiss Lean Award, la seule distinction d\u00e9cern\u00e9e aux entreprises en Suisse pour leurs performances de pointe dans le domaine du lean management, a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis pour la 13e fois. <\/p>","protected":false},"author":58,"featured_media":23646,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_yoast_wpseo_focuskw":"Award","_yoast_wpseo_metadesc":"Im November wurde bereits zum 13.
