En se basant sur ces donn\u00e9es, kununu a maintenant d\u00e9termin\u00e9 les employeurs les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s du secteur de la sant\u00e9 en Suisse. L'\u00e9valuation globale a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminante pour le classement, un nombre minimum d'\u00e9valuations \u00e9tant en outre requis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1\u00e8re place : Services psychiatriques des Grisons (PDGR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avec un score kununu de 4,27 points, les services psychiatriques des Grisons (PDGR) s'assurent la premi\u00e8re place. Ici, tout le monde est entre de bonnes mains : Les collaborateurs du centre de comp\u00e9tences psychiatriques attestent \u00e0 la direction un \"comportement exemplaire et loyal\". Ils louent \u00e9galement la forte coh\u00e9sion entre coll\u00e8gues, la conscience environnementale et sociale prononc\u00e9e ainsi que les relations irr\u00e9prochables avec les coll\u00e8gues de 45 ans et plus. Des avantages tels que des horaires de travail flexibles, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, la garde d'enfants, des plats savoureux \u00e0 la cantine et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour les collaborateurs compl\u00e8tent l'offre de bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2e place : globegarden Childcare Centers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ici, les plus petits ne sont pas les seuls \u00e0 s'\u00e9panouir : Avec un score kununu de 4,09 points, globegarden Childcare Centers s'empare de la deuxi\u00e8me place du classement. L'organisation suprar\u00e9gionale de cr\u00e8ches et de jardins d'enfants se distingue par une forte coh\u00e9sion entre coll\u00e8gues. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie : \"Il y a beaucoup de formations continues internes ou d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements d'\u00e9quipe chez nous, et je peux en fait appeler quelqu'un pour toutes les questions\". Une pr\u00e9voyance vieillesse d'entreprise, des coachings et des r\u00e9ductions pour les collaborateurs rendent le travail encore plus agr\u00e9able. Au final, \"un environnement de travail follement stimulant et positif\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>3e place : centres de soins de la ville de Zurich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Par des hommes pour des hommes : Les centres de soins de la ville de Zurich accordent une grande importance aux relations de confiance. Ce qui vaut pour la relation entre les soignants et les patients se retrouve apparemment dans presque tous les coins et recoins de ces \u00e9tablissements. Les coll\u00e8gues sont toujours \"engag\u00e9s et serviables\", les relations sont \"honn\u00eates, ouvertes et directes\". Le coaching, les remises et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour les employ\u00e9s augmentent encore la satisfaction de ces derniers. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le score kununu est de 3,66 points sur les 5 possibles - et donc la troisi\u00e8me place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les derniers de la classe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Medgate, avec un score kununu de 2,98 points, et l'h\u00f4pital cantonal de Baden AG, avec un score kununu de 2,84, se situent en dessous de la moyenne de la branche et occupent donc les derni\u00e8res places du classement. Familea ferme la marche avec un score kunununu de 2,41 points.
