En outre, 6% ont admis qu'ils n'avaient pas encore abord\u00e9 la question d'un \u00e9ventuel retour avec leur ancien employeur, mais qu'ils en avaient l'intention.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Soutien des chefs d'entreprise\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s de retour semblent \u00e9galement \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s positivement par les employeurs. \u00c9tonnamment, 79% des chefs d'entreprise suisses interrog\u00e9s se montrent ouverts \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de reprendre un collaborateur de valeur. Alors que 9% sont r\u00e9ticents, 12% ne sont pas favorables.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>Christian Atkinson, Country Manager chez Robert Walters, ajoute : \"La tension sur le march\u00e9 du travail joue sans aucun doute un r\u00f4le important dans ce domaine. De nombreux postes sont difficiles \u00e0 pourvoir, si bien que la r\u00e9embauche d'anciens collaborateurs qui ont quitt\u00e9 l'entreprise en bons termes est sans aucun doute une bonne id\u00e9e. Ils sont familiaris\u00e9s avec la dynamique de travail et la culture de l'entreprise et ont besoin de moins de temps pour la formation et l'int\u00e9gration. Le processus d'int\u00e9gration s'en trouve acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 et simplifi\u00e9. Christian Atkinson souligne : \"De telles directives sont indispensables, surtout si quelqu'un revient \u00e0 un poste plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui qu'il a quitt\u00e9.
