(Image : Service de presse DXC Technology)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le prestataire ind\u00e9pendant de services informatiques de bout en bout DXC Technology a interrog\u00e9 100 managers industriels en Suisse sur les chances et les risques de l'usine intelligente du futur. 60 pour cent des entreprises suisses voient d\u00e9j\u00e0 aujourd'hui le risque que leur succ\u00e8s commercial actuel soit remis en question par de nouveaux concurrents num\u00e9riques. Dans ce contexte, environ deux tiers des entreprises sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 s'associer \u00e0 leurs partenaires commerciaux pour des projets Industrie 4.0 afin d'investir ensemble dans l'infrastructure num\u00e9rique. L'enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en juillet 2017 via un institut d'\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9. Des managers industriels en Suisse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s. L'\u00e9tude se concentre sur l'industrie automobile et ses fournisseurs, la construction m\u00e9canique, l'industrie \u00e9lectrique, l'industrie manufacturi\u00e8re, le transport et la logistique ainsi que l'industrie du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<h2>Le risque de perdre des parts de march\u00e9 \u00e0 cause de la concurrence num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n<p>\"La transformation num\u00e9rique dans l'industrie exige une nouvelle r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique\", d\u00e9clare Liliana Scheck, General Manager de DXC Technology Suisse. \"Comme le montre notre derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude sur l'industrie 4.0, le succ\u00e8s commercial du mod\u00e8le d'entreprise actuel repose, pour la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises, sur un produit sp\u00e9cial avec lequel elles se sont forg\u00e9 une caract\u00e9ristique de positionnement unique - c'est ce que rapportent 54 pour cent des managers industriels suisses. Parall\u00e8lement, seul un tiers environ exclut actuellement cat\u00e9goriquement le risque de perdre des parts de march\u00e9 au profit de nouveaux concurrents num\u00e9riques. Dans cette situation, 65 pour cent \u00e9valuent positivement l'id\u00e9e de collaborer avec des partenaires de leur propre cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur et d'investir dans des plateformes num\u00e9riques utilis\u00e9es en coop\u00e9ration\".<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e8s de 40% des responsables industriels consid\u00e8rent m\u00eame qu'une collaboration \u00e9troite pour la mise en place de plateformes num\u00e9riques avec des partenaires commerciaux de leur propre r\u00e9seau fait partie des principaux objectifs d'investissement pour les trois prochaines ann\u00e9es. La m\u00eame proportion est pr\u00eate \u00e0 s'associer \u00e0 des concurrents pour partager les co\u00fbts d'investissement dans les infrastructures num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<h2>Accompagner les entreprises dans leur voyage num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n<p>Comme le montre l'enqu\u00eate Industrie 4.0, l'utilisation de plateformes num\u00e9riques en Suisse joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans les solutions de l'usine intelligente du futur. Les entreprises ont ainsi de toutes nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de collaborer avec leurs partenaires de cr\u00e9ation de valeur au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res traditionnelles. Ces plateformes num\u00e9riques ouvrent la voie \u00e0 l'interconnexion des r\u00e9seaux d'affaires et de production et donc \u00e0 l'exploitation de ressources communes et de places de march\u00e9 connect\u00e9es. Les plateformes num\u00e9riques seront ainsi la base de l'exploitation de r\u00e9seaux complets de cr\u00e9ation de valeur - y compris la gestion des commandes, le traitement automatique des contrats ou l'int\u00e9gration de la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement. \u00c0 cette fin, une plateforme num\u00e9rique ne permet pas seulement d'utiliser des solutions en nuage.
