En termes de chiffre d'affaires, la boutique en ligne occupe d\u00e9j\u00e0 la huiti\u00e8me place des plus grandes boutiques en ligne suisses - Wish a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 dans notre pays 185 millions de francs en 2018, soit autant que LeShop. Un chiffre d'affaires qui a tripl\u00e9 en trois ans.<\/p>\n<p>Sur Wish, les produits sont vendus \u00e0 des prix d\u00e9fiant toute concurrence et livr\u00e9s directement depuis la Chine. La plateforme est particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e des jeunes en Suisse. En raison des prix extr\u00eamement bas, les attentes en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 sont faibles, explique Patrick Kessler, pr\u00e9sident de l'Association suisse de vente par correspondance.\u00a0<em>SonntagsZeitung<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La chasse aux produits ultra bon march\u00e9 - dont les contrefa\u00e7ons d'articles de marque - a toutefois un hic. Des produits sont import\u00e9s qui violent les normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le journal rapporte un test effectu\u00e9 par le Forum suisse des consommateurs aupr\u00e8s d'un laboratoire ind\u00e9pendant. Selon les r\u00e9sultats du test, un casque d'\u00e9coute Bluetooth qui ne co\u00fbte que 16 francs au lieu de 296 serait \"non commercialisable\".<\/p>\n<p>Raison : plusieurs substances dangereuses pour la sant\u00e9 d\u00e9passent les valeurs limites. L'une d'entre elles est m\u00eame consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nD'autres tests - par exemple ceux du magazine t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 allemand \"Wiso\" - ont conclu que certains produits \u00e9taient \"potentiellement dangereux pour la vie\". En touchant le bloc d'alimentation, on risquait de recevoir une d\u00e9charge \u00e9lectrique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Absence de contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph__text-23HSsHHfD6LPW2uE3vQpEI\">\n<div>\n<p>Les contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 font d\u00e9faut sur Wish. Les commer\u00e7ants chinois peuvent s'enregistrer directement sur la plateforme et vendre leurs marchandises \u00e0 des clients du monde entier. Les r\u00e9sultats des tests suisses n'ont pas impressionn\u00e9 Wish - les \u00e9couteurs Bluetooth en question sont toujours en vente, bien que le forum des consommateurs ait inform\u00e9 le commer\u00e7ant en ligne de la pr\u00e9sence de substances douteuses.<\/p>\n<p>Les consommateurs suisses ne semblent pas non plus impressionn\u00e9s par les risques potentiels pour la sant\u00e9. Ils continuent \u00e0 commander assid\u00fbment sur Wish. Le boom est stimul\u00e9 par un autre facteur : La Chine \u00e9tant consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un pays du tiers monde par l'Union postale universelle, les commer\u00e7ants locaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de tarifs postaux r\u00e9duits vers la Suisse. Les envois sont donc souvent gratuits. Des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s qui suscitent depuis longtemps le m\u00e9contentement des commer\u00e7ants en ligne suisses.
