(Image : www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de proposer le CAS Marketing Management sous forme modulaire refl\u00e8te la tendance continue \u00e0 l'individualisation dans le domaine de la formation. Les \u00e9tudiants et les entreprises peuvent concevoir leur formation continue comme un portefeuille de th\u00e8mes orient\u00e9s vers leurs besoins, en choisissant parmi un large \u00e9ventail de 20 modules s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s actuellement, qui correspondent exactement \u00e0 leurs comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Flexibilit\u00e9 pour les \u00e9tudiants et les entreprises<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'enseignement pr\u00e9sentiel \u00e0 la HWZ pour ce CAS s'\u00e9tend sur au moins 16 jours et l'ensemble du programme doit \u00eatre achev\u00e9 en l'espace de deux ans. Les \u00e9tudiants ont la possibilit\u00e9 de composer leur portefeuille CAS individuel en fonction de leurs besoins et terminent le programme par un travail de certification. Cette structure flexible et modulaire s'adresse aux \u00e9tudiants qui souhaitent \u00e9largir leurs comp\u00e9tences professionnelles de mani\u00e8re individualis\u00e9e et avec une grande flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conseil pour des programmes CAS sur mesure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La HWZ propose des entretiens de conseil sur demande afin d'aider les \u00e9tudiants et les entreprises \u00e0 composer un CAS sur mesure. Cette approche individuelle permet d'adapter pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la formation continue aux besoins et aux objectifs des participants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>S'adapter \u00e0 un march\u00e9 dynamique<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\"Nous garantissons aux \u00e9tudiants la plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 possible dans un environnement \u00e9conomique dynamique. L'accent est mis sur une combinaison optimale de la th\u00e9orie et de la pratique. Cela permet aux \u00e9tudiants de rester flexibles et de s'adapter aux changements rapides de l'\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Succ\u00e8s internationaux comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s des cours de formation continue en ligne tr\u00e8s flexibles comme Coursera aux \u00c9tats-Unis montre que la formation modulaire suscite un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant dans le monde entier.
