Le Swiss Brand Observer, le plus grand suivi continu des marques en Suisse, a examin\u00e9 et \u00e9valu\u00e9 l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e9galement 200 marques de sept secteurs. Les meilleures performances dans huit cat\u00e9gories, notamment dans les domaines de l'\"innovation\", de la \"durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique\" ou de la \"responsabilit\u00e9 sociale de l'entreprise\", se verront d\u00e9cerner par Link le Swiss Brand Observer Top Brand Award 2023. Les premi\u00e8res places dans les secteurs respectifs ainsi que la marque qui a le mieux perform\u00e9 sur l'ensemble des secteurs sont ainsi r\u00e9compens\u00e9es. Les huit cat\u00e9gories examin\u00e9es couvrent un large \u00e9ventail de crit\u00e8res, de la qualit\u00e9 au prix en passant par la contribution \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Toutes les cat\u00e9gories ont en commun le fait qu'elles peuvent avoir une importance d\u00e9cisive, directe ou indirecte, pour le succ\u00e8s et l'impact d'une marque.<\/p>\r\n
Outre le Top Brand Award, Link d\u00e9cerne cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 nouveau le Swiss Brand Observer Top Mover Award. Celui-ci r\u00e9compense, dans sept cat\u00e9gories, les marques qui ont connu une \u00e9volution particuli\u00e8rement positive au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Concr\u00e8tement, toutes les marques qui se sont distingu\u00e9es dans une ou plusieurs cat\u00e9gories par une \u00e9volution statistiquement significative entre le d\u00e9but et la fin de l'ann\u00e9e sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n
26 KPI hebdomadaires de marques pertinentes en Suisse<\/h3>\r\n
Depuis septembre 2021, le Swiss Brand Observer suit chaque semaine 26 indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (KPI) de marques importantes en Suisse. Depuis juin dernier, 225 marques sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es dans la perspective de 250 personnes repr\u00e9sentatives de la population suisse. Il est possible d'observer aussi bien les changements \u00e0 court terme d'une marque dans les KPI comme par exemple la perception de la publicit\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision que les tendances \u00e0 long terme comme la confiance dans la marque.<\/p>\r\n

Pour le Top Mover Award, le Swiss Brand Observer n'a enregistr\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e des marques gagnantes que dans les cat\u00e9gories Consideration et Confiance dans la marque. Dans toutes les autres cat\u00e9gories, les changements positifs n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisants pour \u00eatre statistiquement significatifs. Alors que la Consideration fait partie du Sales Funnel, la confiance dans une marque refl\u00e8te en principe la facette la plus importante de l'image. Le fait qu'une seule marque et une seule des six cat\u00e9gories d'image (y compris les six autres cat\u00e9gories \u00e0 l'exception de Consideration et Buzz Positif) aient pu augmenter leur valeur de mani\u00e8re significative au cours de l'ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e montre \u00e0 quel point il est difficile pour une marque d'am\u00e9liorer son image de mani\u00e8re statistiquement significative en un an. Le buzz positif n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par un Top Mover, car il s'agit d'un indicateur qui est souvent soumis \u00e0 des fluctuations \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\r\n
Il n'est donc pas surprenant que onze des douze marques gagnantes du Top Mover Award aient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es en raison de leurs changements dans la Consideration. Le seul gagnant en dehors de la Consideration est le g\u00e9ant de l'ameublement Ikea dans la cat\u00e9gorie Confiance dans la marque.
