Les collaborateurs sont aid\u00e9s \u00e0 utiliser leurs ressources imm\u00e9diatement et de mani\u00e8re toujours plus pr\u00e9cise, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elles sont n\u00e9cessaires. L'agence de recrutement \u00e0 la demande Coople a identifi\u00e9 les principales tendances en mati\u00e8re de travail pour l'ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tendance 1 : <strong>Une affectation cibl\u00e9e du personnel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la \"planification pr\u00e9dictive du travail<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Predictive Workplanning, en fran\u00e7ais planification pr\u00e9visionnelle du travail, signifie en bref : Les interventions du personnel peuvent \u00eatre planifi\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 l'aide d'algorithmes auto-apprenants qui calculent les plans d'intervention futurs \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es existantes. Pour ce faire, l'ordinateur est aliment\u00e9 par le plus grand nombre possible de donn\u00e9es d'une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e dans le pass\u00e9. Par exemple, le chiffre d'affaires, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, le nombre de clients\/visiteurs par jour, le nombre de collaborateurs engag\u00e9s et tout ce qui \u00e9tait pertinent pour l'entreprise concern\u00e9e. Sur la base de ces donn\u00e9es, il est alors possible de calculer l'affectation future du personnel pour une p\u00e9riode similaire avec une pr\u00e9cision sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. La planification pr\u00e9dictive du travail est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e aujourd'hui, par exemple, dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail et dans l'aviation pour le personnel au sol.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tendance 2 : <\/strong><strong>\u00c9valuation mutuelle par l'employeur et l'employ\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au feedback en ligne<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L'\u00e9poque o\u00f9 l'\u00e9valuation des performances \u00e9tait uniquement du ressort des employeurs par le biais de certificats de travail est r\u00e9volue.
