La voie vers un avenir durable n\u00e9cessite des connaissances sp\u00e9cifiques et un savoir-faire pratique. La Sustainable Switzerland Academy offre les deux. L'offre de formation continue nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e d\u00e9butera le 23 f\u00e9vrier 2024 avec des webinaires en libre acc\u00e8s, des sessions en direct, des formats de contenu et des masterclasses modulaires soumises \u00e0 licence. Ces derni\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es en coop\u00e9ration avec Swiss Climate, une entreprise de conseil sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la gestion du CO2, la durabilit\u00e9 et l'\u00e9nergie, et la XU School of Sustainability, une plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne pour les comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9. Les masterclasses sont cibl\u00e9es sur les questions et les besoins des entreprises, notamment des PME, et sur les t\u00e2ches des futurs responsables de la durabilit\u00e9. Le contenu s'\u00e9tend de la gestion du CO2 \u00e0 l'\u00e9laboration d'une strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le programme Academy dessert diff\u00e9rents niveaux et convient aussi bien aux d\u00e9butants qu'aux experts. Lors des webinaires, les utilisateurs re\u00e7oivent de nombreuses informations utiles sur des questions concr\u00e8tes de durabilit\u00e9, telles que la gestion des exigences r\u00e9glementaires ou l'utilisation d'outils logiciels et de l'intelligence artificielle. Les contenus ne sont pas seulement transmis en th\u00e9orie, mais aussi \u00e0 l'aide d'exemples de cas concrets. Des sessions en direct et des discussions entre experts compl\u00e8tent l'offre et offrent la possibilit\u00e9 d'\u00e9changer des connaissances et des exp\u00e9riences. En coop\u00e9ration avec des partenaires universitaires s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, il est pr\u00e9vu d'ajouter \u00e0 l'avenir des cours certifi\u00e9s CAS et MAS.<\/p>\n

\"Au fond, il s'agit de rendre les PME suisses aptes \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis d'aujourd'hui et de demain gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'acquisition et au d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de durabilit\u00e9\", explique Felix Graf, CEO de la NZZ. Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re par la Haute \u00e9cole zurichoise des sciences appliqu\u00e9es (ZHAW), environ 80 pour cent des entreprises en Suisse se sont fix\u00e9 des objectifs de durabilit\u00e9, mais plus de 50 pour cent d'entre elles n'ont actuellement pas encore les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour les mettre en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Switzerland est une initiative de l'entreprise NZZ. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e il y a deux ans et s'est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e depuis en une plateforme de durabilit\u00e9 leader en Suisse, dot\u00e9e d'un vaste r\u00e9seau.
