Urs Ryffel est pr\u00e9sident de la direction du groupe Huber+Suhner depuis 2017. Il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 le g\u00e9nie m\u00e9canique \u00e0 l'EPF de Zurich et a obtenu un master en sciences de l'exploitation et de la production. Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re professionnelle chez ABB et Alstom dans le secteur des centrales \u00e9lectriques. En 2002, il a rejoint Huber+Suhner et a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable pendant 10 ans du secteur des fibres optiques au sein de la direction du groupe. Urs Ryffel est \u00e9galement membre du conseil d'administration de Bergbahnen Scuol AG et du comit\u00e9 directeur de Swissmem.<\/p>\n

Helene Budliger Artieda est directrice du Secr\u00e9tariat d'\u00c9tat \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie (SECO). Auparavant, elle a travaill\u00e9 comme ambassadrice de la Suisse dans diff\u00e9rents pays. De 2008 \u00e0 2015, Helene Budliger Artieda a \u00e9t\u00e9 directrice de la Direction des ressources au DFAE. Elle a suivi une formation interne au DFAE pour devenir collaboratrice consulaire et a termin\u00e9 ses \u00e9tudes d'\u00e9conomie d'entreprise \u00e0 l'Universidad Externado de Colombia \u00e0 Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Andy B\u00f6ckli est le CEO du groupe N\u00fcssli depuis 2020. Auparavant, il a travaill\u00e9 plusieurs ann\u00e9es en tant qu'entrepreneur. Andy B\u00f6ckli a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans l'industrie chez Honeywell, ITT et ABB, avant de rejoindre Oerlikon Balzers o\u00f9 il a occup\u00e9 le poste de directeur europ\u00e9en. Andy B\u00f6ckli est ing\u00e9nieur dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 HES et titulaire d'un Executive MBA. Il est \u00e9galement membre du conseil d'administration de V-Locker et de Granovit et pr\u00e9sident du conseil de fondation de VZ Verm\u00f6genszentrum Sammelstiftung.<\/p>\n

Issue en 1961 de l'Institut des sciences de gestion (BWI) de l'EPF, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 suisse de management est la plus importante association de d\u00e9cideurs de premier plan de l'\u00e9conomie suisse. Elle s'engage pour que les leaders \u00e9conomiques de la Suisse s'imposent en premi\u00e8re ligne dans la concurrence mondiale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'excellence de leur gestion d'entreprise. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa fonction de r\u00e9seau et de plate-forme, la SMG donne des impulsions aux entrepreneurs, aux dirigeants du C-Level-Management et aux conseils d'administration qui se penchent sur des questions de gestion strat\u00e9gique et op\u00e9rationnelle. Ses fonctions cl\u00e9s sont la transmission d'impulsions, le dialogue et l'entretien des relations.<\/p>\n
