Il est toutefois important de ne pas perdre de vue le processus d'offboarding. Un mauvais offboarding n'a pas seulement un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la relation avec le collaborateur qui quitte l'entreprise, mais peut \u00e9galement nuire gravement \u00e0 la marque employeur de l'entreprise. (Image : www.robertwalters.ch)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>Pourquoi l'offboarding est-il aussi important que l'onboarding ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En premier lieu, l'offboarding sert \u00e0 r\u00e9gler correctement toutes les questions pratiques. \u00c0 la fin du pr\u00e9avis, tout doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 sur le plan juridique et financier, tout le mat\u00e9riel doit \u00eatre restitu\u00e9 et tous les comptes en ligne doivent \u00eatre cl\u00f4tur\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le processus d'offboarding comprend \u00e9galement une transmission approfondie, soit aux coll\u00e8gues restants, soit au successeur. De cette mani\u00e8re, vous pouvez vous assurer que les connaissances et le savoir-faire ne disparaissent pas avec le collaborateur qui quitte l'entreprise et que la productivit\u00e9 est maintenue.  Selon Evi, \"l'entretien de d\u00e9part est la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape du processus d'offboarding et ne devrait jamais \u00eatre saut\u00e9. En \u00e9coutant les raisons du d\u00e9part d'un collaborateur, on obtient des informations pr\u00e9cieuses qui permettront d'am\u00e9liorer les processus \u00e0 l'avenir. Il est tout aussi important que le collaborateur se sente \u00e9cout\u00e9 et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, de sorte que son d\u00e9part puisse se d\u00e9rouler dans une atmosph\u00e8re positive. Un offboarding bien pens\u00e9 peut m\u00eame laisser la porte ouverte \u00e0 des contre-propositions et \u00e0 de nouvelles embauches.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si un employeur ne parvient pas \u00e0 fournir un processus d'offboarding ad\u00e9quat, c'est toute la relation avec le candidat, qui dure parfois depuis des ann\u00e9es, qui est compromise. Des contacts pr\u00e9cieux entre l'employeur et l'employ\u00e9 peuvent \u00eatre rapidement d\u00e9truits par un mauvais processus d'offboarding. Mais les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts peuvent aller encore plus loin. Si l'ancien employ\u00e9 d\u00e9cide de partager son exp\u00e9rience n\u00e9gative avec son r\u00e9seau, la marque employeur ou l'image publique de l'employeur peut \u00eatre fortement endommag\u00e9e\".\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quelles sont les erreurs les plus fr\u00e9quentes dans le processus d'offboarding ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\"L'une des erreurs les plus fr\u00e9quentes que font les employeurs est d'ignorer leur employ\u00e9 d\u00e8s qu'il a remis sa lettre de d\u00e9mission. Cela cr\u00e9e une atmosph\u00e8re d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able sur le lieu de travail et peut entra\u00eener une perte de productivit\u00e9 et de motivation pendant la p\u00e9riode de pr\u00e9avis\", explique Evi.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\"Une autre erreur fr\u00e9quente est de ne pas organiser d'entretien de licenciement. Non seulement cela emp\u00eache de faire ou d'accepter des contre-propositions, mais cela limite \u00e9galement les chances d'avoir une discussion ouverte ou un feedback. Si l'on ne s'enquiert pas des raisons pour lesquelles un collaborateur veut partir, l'entreprise perd l'occasion de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations dans des domaines auxquels elle n'a peut-\u00eatre pas encore pens\u00e9\".\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quel est le but de l'offboarding ?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans un monde id\u00e9al, l'employeur persuaderait l'employ\u00e9 de rester et l'entreprise trouverait une solution aux questions soulev\u00e9es par la proc\u00e9dure. Tout cela conduirait \u00e0 des am\u00e9liorations internes consid\u00e9rables et \u00e0 une meilleure image de l'entreprise. \"M\u00eame si l'employ\u00e9 d\u00e9cide de partir, il partira avec une attitude positive. Les employ\u00e9s qui restent auront le sentiment de travailler dans un environnement de soutien avec une bonne proc\u00e9dure d'offboarding.
