Attentes de croissance et importance de la num\u00e9risation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Perspectives positives - pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises dirig\u00e9es par des femmes (48 %) s'attendent \u00e0 une croissance de leurs activit\u00e9s au cours des 3 \u00e0 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es. C'est ce qui ressort de l'enqu\u00eate GoDaddy r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en janvier. Les femmes entrepreneurs cr\u00e9ent surtout par passion (30 %) et pour plus de flexibilit\u00e9 (20 %), alors que seules 8 % cr\u00e9ent leur entreprise \u00e0 partir d'une id\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifique de produit ou de solution.<\/p>\n

Bien que les hommes et les femmes aient des motivations diff\u00e9rentes pour cr\u00e9er une entreprise, ils s'accordent \u00e0 dire que la num\u00e9risation est essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de leur entreprise. (Les hommes avec 77 % et les femmes avec 78 %).<\/p>\n

En ce qui concerne la transformation num\u00e9rique, l'enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e0 son tour que les priorit\u00e9s diff\u00e8rent entre les femmes et les hommes : les femmes propri\u00e9taires de petites entreprises mettent l'accent sur l'am\u00e9lioration de l'engagement et de l'exp\u00e9rience des clients (53 %) ainsi que sur l'optimisation de la communication et de la collaboration internes (40 %). Les petits entrepreneurs masculins, en revanche, donnent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de l'efficacit\u00e9 (49 %) et \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration de nouvelles technologies telles que l'IA pour l'innovation (34 %).<\/p>\n

Opportunit\u00e9s de l'IA : les femmes encore plus r\u00e9ticentes que les hommes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Les femmes entrepreneurs se montrent moins confiantes que leurs coll\u00e8gues masculins en ce qui concerne l'int\u00e9gration des technologies d'IA. Selon les derni\u00e8res donn\u00e9es de l'enqu\u00eate, seules 54 % des femmes sont optimistes quant \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration et au d\u00e9veloppement des technologies d'IA dans leur entreprise, contre 76 % des hommes.<\/p>\n

Focus sur le marketing en ligne<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00c0 l'approche de 2024, davantage d'entreprises dirig\u00e9es par des femmes ont l'intention d'augmenter leurs investissements dans le marketing en ligne. Selon l'enqu\u00eate GoDaddy, 71 % de ces entreprises pr\u00e9voient d'investir dans ce domaine - une perspective positive pour l'ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n
