Une r\u00e9volution se d\u00e9roule actuellement \u00e0 l'abri des regards, \u00e9crit Rebecca Wyss dans un article sur le sujet.\u00a0Contribution<\/a>\u00a0dans le \"Blick\". Le journal disposerait en exclusivit\u00e9 d'un proc\u00e8s-verbal de r\u00e9union selon lequel le\u00a0Conseil des EPF<\/a>\u00a0les instituts de recherche de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration qui lui sont subordonn\u00e9s. Il s'agirait de \"deux des instituts les plus renomm\u00e9s de Suisse\",\u00a0WSL<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0Eawag<\/a>Les deux \u00e9coles doivent \u00eatre regroup\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Le Conseil des EPF justifie ses projets par le fait que ce regroupement permettra de cr\u00e9er \"un institut de classe mondiale\", selon le service de communication du Conseil d'administration du domaine des EPF cit\u00e9 dans le rapport. Il est notamment pr\u00e9vu de \"faire face aux grands probl\u00e8mes environnementaux de notre \u00e9poque avec des r\u00e9ponses issues de la recherche de pointe\", explique le porte-parole Gian-Andri Casutt.<\/p>\n

Selon une lettre anonyme transmise au journal, le Conseil des EPF souhaite en priorit\u00e9 \u00e9conomiser des moyens avec ce regroupement. La lettre cite que \"la r\u00e9organisation permet d'\u00e9conomiser des postes \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration\". Son auteur, qui appartient selon le journal au cercle interne des institutions concern\u00e9es, reproche en outre au Conseil des EPF d'avoir r\u00e9dig\u00e9 les plans en solitaire, sans consulter les instituts de recherche.<\/p>\n

Selon le journal, le Conseil des EPF veut aborder d'autres planifications avec les directions des instituts au cours des prochains mois. Au final, \"c'est la politique qui aura le dernier mot\", peut-on lire dans le rapport.
