Cette ann\u00e9e, ils accordent \u00e9galement plus d'importance \u00e0 la r\u00e9gion et au bien-\u00eatre des animaux qu'au prix, et ce dans toute la r\u00e9gion DACH. La qualit\u00e9 est ici le th\u00e8me num\u00e9ro un incontest\u00e9 en Suisse. Le prix joue \u00e9tonnamment un r\u00f4le un peu moins important : il est encore significatif pour les trois quarts des Suisses, contre 79% dans les pays voisins germanophones.<\/p>\r\n<p>C'est ce qui ressort d'une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs par Bring ! Labs AG, qui exploite l'application de listes de courses Bring ! et l'application de prospectus Profital. En collaboration avec l'institut d'\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 Statista, l'entreprise suisse a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate sur le comportement d'achat dans la r\u00e9gion DACH. Pr\u00e8s de 2 800 utilisateurs suisses des apps Bring ! et Profital ainsi que 23 000 utilisateurs allemands et 3 000 utilisateurs autrichiens de l'app Bring ! ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s. App.<\/p>\r\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-211955\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Bring-Labs-Trend-Report_-Thema-Trends.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1021\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h3>La qualit\u00e9 avant tout<\/h3>\r\n<p>Tout comme dans les autres pays de l'espace germanophone, la qualit\u00e9 occupe en Suisse, avec 96 %, la premi\u00e8re place parmi les th\u00e8mes les plus importants pour les achats de denr\u00e9es alimentaires en 2024. Le prix pr\u00e9occupe toujours 75 % des consommateurs, mais son importance a diminu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 d'autres th\u00e8mes, si bien qu'il tombe actuellement \u00e0 la sixi\u00e8me place. La tendance de l'ann\u00e9e est en revanche la saisonnalit\u00e9 : alors qu'elle ne jouait un r\u00f4le que pour 58% des personnes interrog\u00e9es l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, elle est actuellement un th\u00e8me important pour neuf Suisses sur dix (90 %) lors de l'achat de produits alimentaires. La r\u00e9gionalit\u00e9 (89 %), le bien-\u00eatre des animaux (82 %) et la durabilit\u00e9 (77 %) se sont \u00e9galement plac\u00e9s devant le prix d'achat. En revanche, le Nutri-Score a \u00e9t\u00e9 peu pris en compte : pour 33% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, il joue un r\u00f4le important lors de l'achat.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u00c9conomiser dans d'autres domaines<\/h3>\r\n<p>M\u00eame si les consommateurs sont moins nombreux que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e0 penser d'abord au prix lorsqu'ils ach\u00e8tent des produits alimentaires, cela ne signifie pas que les Suisses ne veulent pas \u00e9conomiser. Mais ils se serrent moins souvent la ceinture pour les produits alimentaires que pour d'autres domaines, en particulier l'habillement et les chaussures (50 %) ou les meubles et les objets d'am\u00e9nagement (41 %). Seule une personne sur huit (13 %) pr\u00e9voit de r\u00e9duire ses d\u00e9penses alimentaires en 2024. Si les Suisses \u00e9conomisent sur les produits alimentaires, ils le font surtout sur la viande et le poisson (38 %), contrairement \u00e0 ce qui se passe dans les pays voisins germanophones.<\/p>\r\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-211953\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Bring-Labs-Trend-Report_-Thema-Sparen.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1020\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Interrog\u00e9s sur les modes d'alimentation qui les influenceront en 2024, un tiers d'entre eux indiquent le bio (33 %), suivi du sans sucre (31 %) et du v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien (22 %). En 2024, les Suisses souhaitent donc se nourrir de mani\u00e8re plus consciente et plus saine.<\/p>\r\n<p>Une petite majorit\u00e9 (52 %) des consommateurs suisses est convaincue qu'un revenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 est une condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 une alimentation saine.
