Je pars du principe que la d\u00e9cision concernant la marque est plut\u00f4t lente que rapide\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Swisscom n'a pas non plus besoin d'\u00e9tablir une nouvelle marque. Avec la reprise de Vodafone Italie, on a aussi achet\u00e9 la deuxi\u00e8me marque Ho, qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 ancr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9. Celle-ci continuera d'exister, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Aeschlimann : \"De plus, nous avons la marque Fastweb, qui est tr\u00e8s connue. Dans ce sens, nous n'avons pas forc\u00e9ment besoin d'une nouvelle marque si nous n'avons plus besoin de Vodafone\".<\/p>\r\n<h3>La concurrence reste rude<\/h3>\r\n<p>A la question de savoir s'il s'attendait \u00e0 une nouvelle \u00e9rosion des marges sur le march\u00e9 italien des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications, Aeschlimann a r\u00e9pondu : \"Nous partons du principe que le march\u00e9 restera tr\u00e8s concurrentiel. Il y a de tr\u00e8s nombreux acteurs sur le march\u00e9, aussi bien dans la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile que dans le r\u00e9seau fixe. La situation ne changera pas apr\u00e8s la fusion. C'est pourquoi il est tr\u00e8s important que nous poss\u00e9dions nous-m\u00eames les r\u00e9seaux et que nous puissions r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9chelle afin de pouvoir r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la concurrence\".<\/p>\r\n<p>Interrog\u00e9 sur le fait de savoir s'il s'attendait encore \u00e0 une opposition \u00e0 la reprise, Aeschlimann a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le deal \u00e9tait hautement compl\u00e9mentaire en termes d'infrastructure et de capacit\u00e9s des deux entreprises. \"En ce sens, le deal est tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9ateur de valeur. C'est pourquoi nous partons du principe que nous pourrons r\u00e9aliser le deal tel qu'il est pr\u00e9vu\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le patron de Swisscom en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux critiques des politiciens suisses.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Les deux entreprises se compl\u00e8tent<\/h3>\r\n<p>Selon les informations fournies, Fastweb et Vodafone se compl\u00e8tent tr\u00e8s bien. Alors que Fastweb r\u00e9alise 87% de son chiffre d'affaires avec le r\u00e9seau \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit et seulement 13% avec la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile, la situation est invers\u00e9e chez Vodafone Italie. Celui-ci r\u00e9alise deux bons tiers de son chiffre d'affaires avec la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile et \u00e0 peine un tiers avec le r\u00e9seau fixe.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ensemble, Fastweb et Vodafone atteignent en Italie une part de march\u00e9 de 31 pour cent sur le r\u00e9seau fixe et de 26 pour cent sur le r\u00e9seau mobile. Il y a encore de la marge pour la derni\u00e8re technologie de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile 5G, o\u00f9 Vodafone atteint une couverture de 68 pour cent. \"Nous voulons poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement de la 5G\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Aeschlimann.<\/p>\r\n<p>En termes de chiffre d'affaires, les deux entreprises, avec 7,3 milliards d'euros, sont clairement le num\u00e9ro deux derri\u00e8re le g\u00e9ant Tim, qui devrait r\u00e9aliser 9,2 milliards de chiffre d'affaires dans ses activit\u00e9s italiennes apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9paration pr\u00e9vue de la division r\u00e9seau. En ce qui concerne le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'exploitation avant d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciations et amortissements (EBITDA) apr\u00e8s leasing, Vodafone et Fastweb, avec 2,4 milliards, devanceraient m\u00eame TIM (1,8 milliard). <em>(SDA)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s le rachat de Vodafone Italie, Swisscom pourra encore utiliser la marque Vodafone dans le sud du pays voisin pendant cinq ans au maximum.
