Car nous maintenons la Suisse propre, au sens propre du terme !\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Depuis 1966, l'association d\u00e9fend les int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9conomiques et id\u00e9aux du nettoyage industriel. Allpura encourage la professionnalisation du m\u00e9tier en proposant un large \u00e9ventail de formations et de formations continues. Fond\u00e9e en 1966, l'association professionnelle pour la Suisse al\u00e9manique Allpura regroupe actuellement environ 200 entreprises qui offrent plus de 60% des emplois dans le secteur du nettoyage. La branche du nettoyage de b\u00e2timents emploie plus de 65'000 personnes en Suisse al\u00e9manique ; le chiffre d'affaires est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ deux milliards de francs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un partenariat social qui a fait ses preuves<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours des deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, le nettoyage industriel a fait partie des branches en croissance et a surmont\u00e9 les derni\u00e8res baisses \u00e9conomiques sans trop de dommages par rapport \u00e0 d'autres branches \u00e9conomiques. Cependant, les incertitudes qui p\u00e8sent depuis longtemps sur l'\u00e9conomie suisse accentuent durablement la pression sur les marges et les prix. De plus, la d\u00e9localisation des sites de production entra\u00eene la disparition de plus en plus de surfaces pour le nettoyage et l'entretien. La convention collective de travail (CCT) de la branche du nettoyage en Suisse al\u00e9manique offre une base s\u00fbre, m\u00eame en ces temps difficiles.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis plus de 10 ans, les partenaires sociaux entretiennent une convention correspondante. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet acquis social, environ 65'000 employ\u00e9s dans 2'000 entreprises de nettoyage en Suisse al\u00e9manique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient aujourd'hui d'un salaire minimum en constante augmentation, de conditions de travail \u00e9quitables et de possibilit\u00e9s de formation continue soutenues financi\u00e8rement. Depuis la conclusion de la premi\u00e8re CCT en 2004, le salaire r\u00e9el des nettoyeurs d'entretien a augment\u00e9 de 25% et celui des nettoyeurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de 12%. Les partenaires de n\u00e9gociation de la CCT sont, outre Allpura, les syndicats Unia, Syna et SSP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un \u00e9norme travail d'int\u00e9gration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis 1998, le nettoyage en b\u00e2timent est une profession en apprentissage qui permet d'obtenir une attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale ou un certificat de capacit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s l'apprentissage de trois ans et quelques ann\u00e9es de pratique, il est possible de suivre une formation continue pour obtenir un examen professionnel ou un examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur. Au niveau des hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es, il est possible de suivre des \u00e9tudes en facility management. Il n'y a gu\u00e8re d'autres secteurs o\u00f9 les possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re sont aussi importantes que dans celui du nettoyage.<\/p>\n<p>Les associations de travailleurs et Allpura souhaitent notamment, avec la CCT pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 partir de 2018, lier encore plus fortement les salaires minimaux au niveau de formation\". Pour J\u00fcrg Brechb\u00fchl, pr\u00e9sident nouvellement \u00e9lu d'Allpura, il est particuli\u00e8rement important de renforcer la perception de la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale que le secteur du nettoyage assume depuis des ann\u00e9es : \"Nous employons des personnes de plus de 100 nations et contribuons ainsi largement, depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration de nombreux collaborateurs \u00e9trangers - et cela, notons-le, sans aucun soutien de l'\u00c9tat !\"<\/p>\n<p>Allpura d\u00e9fend ses int\u00e9r\u00eats politico-\u00e9conomiques en \u00e9tant notamment membre de l'Union patronale suisse (UPS) et de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne des industries de nettoyage (EFCI) ainsi que de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration europ\u00e9enne FIDEN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La plus grande pr\u00e9occupation : Plus d'estime<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sidente sortante d'Allpura, Jasmine Jost, a surtout un souhait d'anniversaire pour la branche : \"Nous nous battons depuis des ann\u00e9es pour que notre profession aux multiples facettes et nos collaborateurs re\u00e7oivent enfin l'estime qu'ils et que nous m\u00e9ritons.
