Comme le montre une enqu\u00eate de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.careerplus.ch\">Careerplus<\/a> aupr\u00e8s de quelque 400 clients, 41% des personnes interrog\u00e9es utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 l'active sourcing pour le recrutement. Comme son nom l'indique, cette mesure de recrutement proactive consiste \u00e0 inverser les r\u00f4les : ce n'est pas le candidat qui postule aupr\u00e8s de l'entreprise, mais l'entreprise qui postule aupr\u00e8s du collaborateur potentiel.<\/p>\n<h2>Une mesure de recrutement exigeante<\/h2>\n<p>L'active sourcing est une mesure de recrutement exigeante. Plusieurs mois, voire plusieurs ann\u00e9es, peuvent s'\u00e9couler entre la recherche proprement dite, le premier contact et l'entretien des relations. Il n'est donc pas \u00e9tonnant qu'un peu plus d'une entreprise sur six ait recours \u00e0 l'aide de sp\u00e9cialistes externes pour ses activit\u00e9s d'active sourcing, pour des raisons de temps et d'argent. Pourtant, bien utilis\u00e9, l'active sourcing offre de nombreux avantages. Il s'agit notamment d'une mesure prometteuse dans la lutte pour trouver des sp\u00e9cialistes et des profils de poste particuli\u00e8rement demand\u00e9s.
