Avec l'introduction de l'organisation agile, Pirmin Jung Schweiz AG cr\u00e9e la base pour se d\u00e9velopper continuellement et ainsi garantir \u00e0 l'avenir \u00e9galement la construction responsable avec du bois. de participer de mani\u00e8re importante<\/a>L'entreprise a fait savoir qu'elle n'avait pas l'intention d'augmenter ses prix.<\/p>\n

La participation au d\u00e9veloppement est vivement souhait\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sous la direction du propri\u00e9taire de l'entreprise, Pirmin Jung, et en collaboration avec l'\u00e9quipe de direction, nous avons travaill\u00e9 intensivement l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re \u00e0 l'optimisation de la structure de l'entreprise afin d'\u00e9tablir une forme moderne qui permette de prendre des d\u00e9cisions sur le lieu m\u00eame de la prise de d\u00e9cision, ind\u00e9pendamment de toute hi\u00e9rarchie, de les \u00e9tayer plus largement et d'impliquer le plus grand nombre possible de collaborateurs dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement de l'entreprise. Pirmin Jung explique : \"Nous sommes d'avis que nous pouvons ma\u00eetriser avec succ\u00e8s les t\u00e2ches et les questions de plus en plus complexes qui se posent \u00e0 nous en tant qu'entreprise et dans les projets si les personnes les plus comp\u00e9tentes en la mati\u00e8re traitent et d\u00e9cident des questions dans l'esprit de Pirmin Jung. \"La nouvelle forme d'organisation est un organisme agile qui permet de r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re flexible aux d\u00e9fis et de faire avancer les innovations. Au centre de notre organisation se trouvent les projets et les t\u00e2ches que nous traitons en tant qu'entreprise. Douze domaines s'organisent autour d'eux. En fonction du projet et de la t\u00e2che, une \u00e9quipe de projet dot\u00e9e des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires est constitu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de ceux-ci pour les traiter. Cela permet des prises de d\u00e9cision plus rapides, des processus plus efficaces et des possibilit\u00e9s d'action plus agiles. Et surtout : nous parvenons ainsi \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e0 combiner au mieux le potentiel de tous les collaborateurs. Nadine H\u00e4nni, membre de l'\u00e9quipe de direction du secteur des ressources humaines, ajoute : \"Des \u00e9tudes montrent que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations actuelles et futures veulent participer \u00e0 la conception des choses et nous r\u00e9pondons \u00e0 ce besoin en offrant \u00e0 tous les collaborateurs la possibilit\u00e9 de s'impliquer dans diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9quipes th\u00e9matiques au sein des secteurs et de prendre des responsabilit\u00e9s\". La nouvelle \u00e9quipe de direction de 16 personnes, compos\u00e9e des leaders des secteurs, s'occupe des d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques, tandis que la nouvelle forme d'organisation permet d'accueillir et de mettre en \u0153uvre les id\u00e9es de tous les secteurs.\u00a0<\/p>\n

D'une organisation pyramidale \u00e0 une organisation circulaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la structure de l'entreprise \u00e9tait traditionnelle et organis\u00e9e en pyramide. Au sommet, le pr\u00e9sident de la direction et l'organe de d\u00e9cision et d'orientation le plus important \u00e9tait la direction. Ce syst\u00e8me top-down rigide n'a toutefois jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9cu chez Pirmin Jung. C'est pourquoi il y avait de plus en plus le d\u00e9sir de briser ces hi\u00e9rarchies formelles et de r\u00e9partir les responsabilit\u00e9s. Avec ces changements vers une organisation plate, l'entreprise s'assure la poursuite de son d\u00e9veloppement et de son succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme. En renfor\u00e7ant la collaboration interne, le bureau d'ing\u00e9nieurs et de planification contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 optimiser les r\u00e9sultats pour ses partenaires commerciaux et se positionne ainsi comme un employeur attrayant sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n
