Au cours de l'hiver 2022\/2023, la fondation Procom \u00e9tait sur le point de s'effondrer en raison de divers probl\u00e8mes survenus dans le pass\u00e9. Des d\u00e9saccords et des changements au sein de la direction ont provoqu\u00e9 des tensions internes et une perte de confiance des organisations et institutions partenaires. De nombreux d\u00e9parts de collaborateurs de longue date en ont \u00e9t\u00e9 la cons\u00e9quence. L'ambiance \u00e9tait tendue. Plus de 150 emplois r\u00e9partis sur cinq sites en Suisse \u00e9taient menac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Procom savait que c'\u00e9tait tout ou rien. Il \u00e9tait donc urgent d'op\u00e9rer un changement afin de pr\u00e9server la fondation et les emplois. Le conseil de fondation a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'agir : Roman Probst a \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9 pour savoir s'il pouvait reprendre la direction dans cette situation difficile. Probst a accept\u00e9 et a pris la direction de Procom le 1er avril 2023. La grande question \u00e9tait la suivante : l'entrepreneur r\u00e9ussira-t-il \u00e0 passer du statut d'ind\u00e9pendant comp\u00e9titif \u00e0 celui d'ONG et \u00e0 redresser la situation avec la fondation ?<\/p>\n

Retournement de situation en l'espace d'un an<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Aujourd'hui, un an apr\u00e8s l'entr\u00e9e en fonction de Roman Probst, un premier bilan peut \u00eatre tir\u00e9. Et il est r\u00e9jouissant : Procom a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 redresser la barre et est sur la voie du succ\u00e8s. La fondation a notamment r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un r\u00e9sultat positif consolid\u00e9. En outre, la fondation a augment\u00e9 ses prestations de pr\u00e8s de 15%, ce qui est notamment d\u00fb \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de sa pr\u00e9sence en ligne. Et ce, malgr\u00e9 quelques changements importants dans la structure organisationnelle et des investissements qui auraient d\u00fb \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n

Procom a \u00e9galement mis en place un nouveau site web accessible, qui a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 par le magazine \"Semaine du net\"<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un exemple \u00e0 suivre et a re\u00e7u des \u00e9loges. Par ailleurs, les canaux de m\u00e9dias sociaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pratiquement \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro. La croissance est \u00e9galement due \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sence accrue dans les salons, \u00e0 la radio, \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, \u00e0 des coop\u00e9rations et \u00e0 d'autres initiatives.<\/p>\n

Entretien avec la direction : Il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Il va sans dire que ces \u00e9volutions positives se sont accompagn\u00e9es de divers d\u00e9fis. Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Roman Probst pour une interview et avons parl\u00e9 de sa premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e en tant que directeur de Procom. Il s'av\u00e8re que l'entrepreneur prend beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 sa nouvelle activit\u00e9 d'ONG.<\/p>\n

Le changement a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 important pour vous, de chef d'entreprise \u00e0 <\/em>Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d'une ONG ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roman Probst :<\/strong> Diriger sa propre entreprise, que l'on a cr\u00e9\u00e9e et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e soi-m\u00eame, est bien s\u00fbr compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rent de diriger une fondation de 35 ans avec plus de 150 collaborateurs. C'est une autre paire de manches et j'avais beaucoup de respect pour cette t\u00e2che. Il est \u00e9galement logique que les d\u00e9cisions prises au sein d'une ONG soient plus largement soutenues, notamment chez Procom en raison de l'objectif de la fondation. En tant que joueur d'\u00e9quipe, je trouve cet aspect de mon travail passionnant et enrichissant.<\/p>\n

Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les principales difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es lors du lancement ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

En tant que nouveau venu dans ce domaine, j'avais d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'\u00e9couter et d'observer pendant les deux ou trois premiers mois, avant de passer \u00e0 l'action. J'ai eu du mal \u00e0 contenir mon envie de passer \u00e0 l'action, car il y avait tellement de choses prioritaires \u00e0 faire. Contrairement \u00e0 ma propre entreprise, o\u00f9 tout pouvait parfois aller tr\u00e8s vite, j'ai d\u00fb faire preuve de plus de patience chez Procom. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 et sont les plus grands d\u00e9fis ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

R\u00e9trospectivement, nous avons d\u00fb aller de l'avant dans trois domaines en particulier. Tout d'abord, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre pour la premi\u00e8re fois chez Procom une v\u00e9ritable strat\u00e9gie de num\u00e9risation afin de pr\u00e9parer la fondation aux nouveaux d\u00e9fis num\u00e9riques. Dans ce domaine, nous continuons \u00e0 travailler d'arrache-pied \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre. Ensuite, nous avons adapt\u00e9 et optimis\u00e9 l'organisation. Une \u00e9tape importante pour garantir et augmenter l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avenir. Enfin, nous avons \u00e9galement modernis\u00e9 notre image, tant \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur qu'\u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur. Cela ne comprend pas seulement le logo remani\u00e9, mais aussi de nouvelles impulsions pour la culture d'entreprise et notre perception ext\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n

Accepteriez-vous \u00e0 nouveau l'offre d'emploi ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Oui, \u00e0 200%. Car je travaille chez Procom par conviction profonde. D'une part, de par mon parcours, j'ai un lien fort avec la cause de la fondation (Note de la r\u00e9daction : les parents de Roman Probst sont sourds.<\/em>). Construire des ponts entre les personnes sourdes, malentendantes et entendantes est pour moi une affaire de c\u0153ur absolue. D'autre part, mon exp\u00e9rience d'entrepreneur me permet de contribuer au succ\u00e8s de Procom. Cela ne pouvait donc pas mieux tomber pour la fondation et pour moi.<\/p>\n

La fondation Procom<\/h3>\n

Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 1988, la fondation Procom propose des services de m\u00e9diation textuelle aux personnes malentendantes. Les prestations comprennent d'une part le service d'interpr\u00e9tation entre la langue des signes et la langue parl\u00e9e - sur place, en ligne et par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. D'autre part, les interpr\u00e8tes en langue des signes de PROCOM traduisent \u00e9galement des \u00e9missions d'information et de divertissement \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision suisse, comme le journal t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9, etc. Depuis 1998, la loi sur les t\u00e9l\u00e9communications garantit aux personnes sourdes et malentendantes les m\u00eames conditions d'utilisation du r\u00e9seau t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique qu'aux entendants. Procom g\u00e8re \u00e0 cet effet le service de commutation de texte et VideoCom pour Swisscom (OFCOM). La fondation investit dans une infrastructure moderne, recherche en permanence de nouvelles et meilleures solutions de communication et soutient des projets qui \u00e9liminent les barri\u00e8res de communication.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau directeur Roman Probst a fond\u00e9 sa propre entreprise, Translation-Probst AG, en 2005. Il l'a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et dirig\u00e9e pendant douze ans pour en faire un prestataire de services de traduction leader en Suisse. En 2016, Roman a vendu son entreprise au leader fran\u00e7ais du march\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de \"migration\", Roman Probst est revenu en Suisse et a travaill\u00e9 pendant sept ans comme conseiller ind\u00e9pendant et enseignant pour la ZHAW et la BBZ dans les domaines de l'entrepreneuriat, du marketing et des RP, jusqu'\u00e0 son entr\u00e9e en fonction chez Procom l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Roman Probst a aujourd'hui 52 ans et est un heureux p\u00e8re de famille.<\/p>\n
