(Image symbolique : Unsplash)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le standard Construction durable Suisse SNBS constitue un instrument partiel pr\u00e9cieux pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de la strat\u00e9gie de durabilit\u00e9 du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Afin d'assurer une large diffusion du standard, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constamment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et rendu plus convivial au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Malgr\u00e9 la bonne qualit\u00e9 av\u00e9r\u00e9e du SNBS 2.0, le frein \u00e0 son utilisation reste \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez les architectes et les d\u00e9veloppeurs de projets, car l'effort \u00e0 fournir pour une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te de la durabilit\u00e9 selon le SNBS peut sembler pesant.<\/p>\n<p>Une grande notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et surtout une large application de la norme conduiraient in\u00e9vitablement \u00e0 une sensibilisation du secteur de la construction \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et \u00e0 une augmentation de la prise en compte globale de la durabilit\u00e9 dans le domaine du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>La minimisation des efforts lors de la premi\u00e8re approche du standard par les architectes, les planificateurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, les ma\u00eetres d'ouvrage ou les investisseurs \u00e0 l'aide de ce que l'on appelle un \"pre-check\" semble donc d\u00e9cisive. Elle conduirait finalement \u00e0 une utilisation accrue du standard et \u00e0 une augmentation du nombre de projets SNBS, ce qui contribuerait \u00e0 son tour au d\u00e9veloppement durable du parc immobilier.<\/p>\n<p>Le \"Pre-Check\" SNBS 2.0 fournira des informations concr\u00e8tes sur la durabilit\u00e9 d'un projet de construction en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des questions simples, compr\u00e9hensibles m\u00eame pour des utilisateurs inexp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, et en y consacrant relativement peu de temps (env. \u00bd journ\u00e9e). Celui-ci doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 par rapport aux crit\u00e8res d\u00e9terminants du SNBS 2.0, d\u00e9termin\u00e9s en fonction du projet.
