Les personnes actives en Allemagne re\u00e7oivent en moyenne 42 e-mails par jour. Par rapport \u00e0 2021, ce nombre a augment\u00e9 de 16 e-mails seulement, selon l'association professionnelle Bitkom. Le d\u00e9fi consiste ici \u00e0 avoir une vue d'ensemble des informations non structur\u00e9es et \u00e0 identifier les t\u00e2ches qui en d\u00e9coulent. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Pour ma\u00eetriser le chaos des e-mails, il est recommand\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der comme suit :<\/p>\n

  1. Automatiser en grande partie le processus de courrier \u00e9lectronique : <\/strong>Pour y parvenir, il faut d'abord d\u00e9finir des priorit\u00e9s et \u00e9tablir des r\u00e8gles. Il est \u00e9galement essentiel de supprimer les spams et les publicit\u00e9s et d'identifier les e-mails qui doivent simplement \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/li>\n
  2. En lisant, d\u00e9cider imm\u00e9diatement de ce qu'il faut faire : <\/strong>L'objectif devrait \u00eatre de ne lire un mail qu'une seule fois. Et au cas o\u00f9 il en r\u00e9sulterait une t\u00e2che concr\u00e8te (qui prendrait plus de cinq minutes), celle-ci devrait \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement transf\u00e9r\u00e9e dans un logiciel de gestion de projet ou de collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. \u00c9viter les distractions pendant le traitement des e-mails <\/strong>Il est utile de se fixer des plages horaires fixes pour le traitement des e-mails. D\u00e9sactiver les alertes : <\/strong>Celui qui est constamment interrompu dans son travail par des notifications sonores ou visuelles provenant de son programme de messagerie ne peut pas se concentrer. L'entreprise propose une plate-forme de gestion de projet du m\u00eame nom qui aide notamment \u00e0 transformer les informations non structur\u00e9es des e-mails en t\u00e2ches structur\u00e9es. La plateforme fonctionne comme une extension fonctionnelle d'Outlook.<\/p>\n

        Un assistant IA analyse ensuite le contenu des e-mails et, sur cette base, des propositions de t\u00e2ches possibles sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es. Celles-ci peuvent ensuite \u00eatre reprises ou modifi\u00e9es. De plus, l'IA estime le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour chaque t\u00e2che et propose une date d'ach\u00e8vement. Les t\u00e2ches sont affich\u00e9es dans un panneau lat\u00e9ral int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans Outlook - tri\u00e9es par date d'\u00e9ch\u00e9ance, ce qui permet de voir d'un coup d'\u0153il ce qui est prioritaire. Il est \u00e9galement possible de modifier les t\u00e2ches directement dans le panneau lat\u00e9ral. Il est \u00e9galement possible d'ajouter des documents et des pi\u00e8ces jointes \u00e0 la t\u00e2che par glisser-d\u00e9poser. En cas de besoin, il est \u00e9galement possible de lancer une saisie num\u00e9rique du temps \u00e0 partir d'une t\u00e2che.\u00a0<\/p>\n

        Une chose est s\u00fbre : le temps et l'\u00e9nergie que l'on \u00e9conomise ainsi en traitant ses e-mails sont disponibles pour d'autres projets et d'autres choses - ne serait-ce que pour prendre un caf\u00e9 en toute d\u00e9contraction avec des coll\u00e8gues ou pour terminer sa journ\u00e9e plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n
