Pour le savoir, YouGov s'est pench\u00e9 de plus pr\u00e8s sur l'industrie du commerce de d\u00e9tail et des biens de consommation et a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 savoir quelles marques s'en sortaient le mieux aux yeux des mamans et des papas en Suisse.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Migros plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e que Coop par les parents suisses<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Chez les m\u00e8res, le top 3 est occup\u00e9 par les marques Migros (score de 57,4), Gruy\u00e8re AOP (52,6) et Zweifel (49,9), tandis que chez les hommes, le Gruy\u00e8re AOP occupe la premi\u00e8re place (53,3), suivi par Galaxus (52,6) et \u00e0 nouveau Zweifel (51,9).<\/p>\r\n<p>Alors que de nombreuses marques de biens de consommation se classent dans le top 10 pour les deux sexes, les deux marques Galaxus et Digitec.ch occupent des positions nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es chez les p\u00e8res. Si l'on regarde les d\u00e9taillants stationnaires, on remarque que Migros occupe des places \u00e9lev\u00e9es des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s (1\u00e8re place chez les m\u00e8res et 4\u00e8me place chez les p\u00e8res), tandis que son concurrent direct Coop se trouve \u00e0 la 7\u00e8me place chez les m\u00e8res et manque de peu le top 10 chez les p\u00e8res avec sa 11\u00e8me place.<\/p>\r\n<figure id=\"attachment_214788\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" style=\"width: 1000px\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-214788\"><img class=\"wp-image-214788 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.werbewoche.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/YouGov-Schweiz-Eltern-Ranking-2024-Retail_5zSrg0Q-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"493\" \/>\r\n<figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-214788\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Top 10 des marques de vente au d\u00e9tail parmi les m\u00e8res.<\/figcaption>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences sp\u00e9cifiques au genre<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rences entre les sexes sont particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9es chez Digitec.ch, par exemple. Le commer\u00e7ant en ligne obtient un score de 48,8 pour les p\u00e8res (5e place) et de 32,8 seulement pour les m\u00e8res (30e place). Pour le classement, les d\u00e9clarations de femmes et d'hommes en Suisse \u00e2g\u00e9s de 30 \u00e0 59 ans avec des enfants de moins de 20 ans dans leur propre foyer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9es. La valeur de l'indice ou la valeur en points d'une marque repr\u00e9sente son score moyen sur six dimensions d'\u00e9valuation diff\u00e9rentes : Perception globale positive, qualit\u00e9, rapport qualit\u00e9-prix, satisfaction du client, disposition \u00e0 recommander la marque et confiance en la marque.
