Il est n\u00e9 de la fusion, annonc\u00e9e en 2021, de Ginkgo Management Consulting, Quint Group et AWK Group. En 2022, DCP a rejoint le groupe et depuis 2023, SMP et Convalid font \u00e9galement partie du groupe. Le groupe s'occupe de clients sur trois continents et dispose de 1075 collaborateurs.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Soutenir la croissance<\/h3>\r\n<p>Le nouveau CFO du groupe est d\u00e9sormais Stefan Tijsinger. Il dispose d'une longue exp\u00e9rience dans les domaines de la finance, de l'informatique et de la num\u00e9risation et apporte une grande expertise dans le contr\u00f4le de gestion, la comptabilit\u00e9, le risque et la conformit\u00e9, la tr\u00e9sorerie et les fusions et acquisitions. Schiller assistera Stefan Tijsinger pendant une phase de transition et quittera Eraneos le 30 septembre 2024 \u00e0 sa propre demande.<\/p>\r\n<p>Stefan Tijsinger - qui a toujours travaill\u00e9 dans le secteur du conseil - \u00e9tait derni\u00e8rement actif chez Xebia, o\u00f9 il occupait le r\u00f4le de Group CFO. Il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 rejoint l'entreprise en 2016 en tant que CFO de Xebia Consultancy Services.
