La Fondation International SOS se veut l'ambassadrice du th\u00e8me du devoir d'assistance. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 2011 pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des personnes qui voyagent ou travaillent \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger pour des raisons professionnelles. En collaboration avec le cabinet d'avocats lausannois r&associ\u00e9s avocats, la fondation a publi\u00e9 un livre blanc \u00e0 ce sujet. Le livre blanc en anglais r\u00e9sume les parties fondamentales de la directive publi\u00e9e par l'International Organization for Standardization en 2021. \"ISO 31030:2021 Gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages. Guidance for organizations\" (Guide pour les organisations)<\/a> de l'entreprise. Il pr\u00e9sente une approche syst\u00e9matique de la gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages et donne des recommandations en vue de la mise en \u0153uvre de la directive ISO 31030, afin de permettre aux entreprises suisses de remplir plus facilement leur devoir d'assistance.<\/p>\r\n

Possibilit\u00e9 d'un benchmark international<\/h3>\r\n

\"Pour garantir une gestion efficace des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages tout en respectant le devoir d'assistance, une approche syst\u00e9matique est essentielle. Cela implique le d\u00e9veloppement, la mise en \u0153uvre, l'\u00e9valuation et la r\u00e9vision d'un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et personnalis\u00e9 de gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages, align\u00e9 sur la directive ISO 31030\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dominic Short, copr\u00e9sident en exercice de l'Association of Swiss Travel Management. \"Le nouveau guide que nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 en collaboration avec l'International SOS Foundation fournit aux entreprises suisses une telle approche et \u00e9num\u00e8re les mesures qu'elles peuvent prendre pour se conformer aux exigences de la directive ISO 31030\", poursuit M. Short.<\/p>\r\n

\"La directive ISO 31030 offre enfin aux entreprises la possibilit\u00e9 de disposer d'un benchmark international et d'un guide \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape sur les points que les entreprises doivent prendre en compte pour une gestion globale des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages\", ajoute Wolfgang Hofmann, Regional Security Manager chez International SOS.<\/p>\r\n

Objectif : d\u00e9velopper une norme mondiale pour la gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Le secteur de la gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux voyages a consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, notamment en raison d'incidents complexes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ces \u00e9volutions ont accru la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'adaptations r\u00e9glementaires ou d'une r\u00e9action significative. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce besoin, l'International Organization for Standardization a publi\u00e9 le guide ISO 31030. L'objectif est de cr\u00e9er une norme mondiale applicable aux entreprises et aux organisations, quel que soit leur secteur ou leur taille. La norme doit contribuer \u00e0 la protection globale de la sant\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des collaborateurs. En m\u00eame temps, elle vise \u00e0 minimiser les risques op\u00e9rationnels, juridiques et de r\u00e9putation associ\u00e9s aux activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au travail lorsque les voyageurs d'affaires se trouvent en dehors de leur lieu de travail habituel.<\/p>\r\n
