Cette \"Merger of Equals\" implique \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement d'une marque qui doit r\u00e9unir avec succ\u00e8s les collaborateurs des deux entreprises, ancrer l'exigence d'excellence dans les march\u00e9s de vente et positionner durablement l'entreprise sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\r\n<p>Au niveau de la strat\u00e9gie de marque, Farner I Team Farner a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une vision et une mission pr\u00e9cises. En outre, une identit\u00e9 de marque a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e afin de consolider l'ambition de leadership en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences et d'innovation, tant en interne qu'en externe. Cette exigence est \u00e9galement refl\u00e9t\u00e9e par le nom Hyand. Le nouveau nom de la marque est d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du terme anglais \"High End\" et du suffixe \"and\/plus\". Avec son nouveau nom, Hyand doit montrer qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise dont les prestations d\u00e9passent les attentes. Cette d\u00e9rivation est \u00e9galement reprise dans le nouveau design de la marque et dans le logo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le slogan \"Code of Change\" r\u00e9sume la brand story de la nouvelle marque Hyand.
