Pourtant, sa pr\u00e9sence augmente la confiance de 33%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>43% se sentent souvent plus pouss\u00e9s que moteurs du changement. Seuls 40% des collaborateurs d\u00e9clarent pouvoir participer activement aux changements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>36% d\u00e9clarent que leur environnement de travail leur prend plus d'\u00e9nergie qu'il ne leur en donne. En revanche, une interaction forte et positive au sein de l'organisation augmente la confiance de 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>44% estiment que les meilleurs moments pour leur organisation sont encore \u00e0 venir. Cela indique une grande ins\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La confiance augmente la loyaut\u00e9 envers l'employeur. Les personnes confiantes ont 32% d'intention en plus de rester dans l'entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En ces temps de climat, de crise et d'IA, la confiance est une \u00e9motion cl\u00e9 pour un changement r\u00e9ussi. Avec ces r\u00e9sultats, l'\u00e9tude apporte un contrepoint positif \u00e0 l'incertitude et \u00e0 la polarisation croissantes dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle souligne l'importance des \u00e9motions pour un changement r\u00e9ussi.
