L'indice du climat des affaires PME-MEM de Swissmechanic montre une l\u00e9g\u00e8re am\u00e9lioration au printemps 2024, mais reste nettement dans la zone n\u00e9gative pour la quatri\u00e8me fois cons\u00e9cutive avec une valeur de -20. Le manque de commandes, les prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s de l'\u00e9nergie et les goulets d'\u00e9tranglement dans la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement freinent la croissance du secteur MEM. Au premier trimestre 2024, la majorit\u00e9 des PME ont enregistr\u00e9 de nouvelles baisses de chiffre d'affaires, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 des r\u00e9ductions de personnel.<\/p>\n

Les PME s'attendent \u00e0 une nouvelle baisse des commandes, du chiffre d'affaires et des marges<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2024, davantage d'entreprises s'attendent \u00e0 une nouvelle baisse des entr\u00e9es de commandes, des chiffres d'affaires et des marges au lieu d'une augmentation. Malgr\u00e9 cette situation difficile, il existe une lueur d'espoir \u00e9conomique : l'institut de recherche \u00e9conomique BAK Economics, qui accompagne \u00e9galement l'enqu\u00eate trimestrielle de Swissmechanic, pr\u00e9voit une nouvelle baisse des taux directeurs dans le courant de l'ann\u00e9e. Cela pourrait stimuler la demande de biens d'investissement. La forte conjoncture am\u00e9ricaine pourrait \u00e9galement fournir des impulsions positives. Cette dynamique ne sera toutefois pas perceptible en Suisse avant 2025 au plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n

Une PME sur quatre finance ses investissements par des fonds propres<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dans l'enqu\u00eate trimestrielle actuelle, les PME-MEM ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9es, en plus de la situation \u00e9conomique, sur les th\u00e8mes \"Investissements et financement\" et \"Co\u00fbts de la bureaucratie et de la num\u00e9risation\". Pr\u00e8s de 40% des entreprises ont ainsi indiqu\u00e9 vouloir augmenter leurs capacit\u00e9s de production en raison de la baisse des taux directeurs. Par rapport au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2023, la part du manque de financement externe dans les restrictions financi\u00e8res a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative. Au total, 21% des entreprises n'effectuent actuellement aucun investissement en raison d'un manque de moyens financiers. Pour 25% des entreprises, les investissements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s exclusivement avec des fonds propres. Les banques cantonales et les grandes banques jouent un r\u00f4le central puisqu'elles financent ensemble plus de la moiti\u00e9 de tous les investissements. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la fusion CS\/UBS n'a gu\u00e8re eu d'impact sur les PME-MEM.<\/p>\n

La bureaucratie absorbe 15% des ressources humaines<\/strong><\/h3>\n

L'enqu\u00eate a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'actuellement, environ 15% des ressources humaines doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour de multiples processus bureaucratiques. Deux tiers des PME interrog\u00e9es doivent consacrer plus de ressources \u00e0 la bureaucratie qu'il y a dix ans. La charge des co\u00fbts d'adaptation technologique a m\u00eame augment\u00e9 pour 85% des entreprises. Bien que 38% des entreprises estiment que ces co\u00fbts sont g\u00e9rables, la majorit\u00e9 les consid\u00e8re comme \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La situation \u00e9conomique reste toujours un d\u00e9fi pour les PME de la branche MEM.
