Madame Beckmann, Knigge est mort depuis longtemps. Pourquoi parle-t-on encore de lui aujourd'hui ?<\/em><\/p>\n

Susanne Beckmann :<\/strong> Ce qu'Adolph Freiherr Knigge a \u00e9crit il y a bien plus de 230 ans n'\u00e9tait pas un ensemble de r\u00e8gles sur la mani\u00e8re de tenir correctement son verre de vin ou de fileter le poisson dans son assiette. Son objectif \u00e9tait d'aider les personnes de statuts et d'origines diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 vivre ensemble de mani\u00e8re respectueuse. Aujourd'hui, le nom de Knigge est synonyme de tout ce qui est li\u00e9 au savoir-vivre, aux bonnes mani\u00e8res et au style. - Et cela a retrouv\u00e9 aujourd'hui une grande importance, notamment dans le monde des affaires, car le besoin et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de nos valeurs pour une cohabitation positive sont reconnus et souhait\u00e9s par de tr\u00e8s nombreuses personnes.<\/p>\n

Quelles sont, selon vous, les bonnes mani\u00e8res ?<\/em><\/p>\n

Je voudrais illustrer mon propos par un petit exemple : Aujourd'hui, il n'est pas rare de voir des collaborateurs passer de longues heures sur leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable pendant une r\u00e9union. D'une part, je consid\u00e8re cela comme un comportement irrespectueux envers la personne qui dirige la r\u00e9union et, d'autre part, cela prolonge inutilement la r\u00e9union en raison d'un manque de concentration. Cet exemple peut \u00eatre transpos\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux autres domaines. Cela commence par une tenue vestimentaire et une apparence appropri\u00e9es, se poursuit par l'attention et l'estime, et se termine par des mani\u00e8res de table et un comportement ad\u00e9quats lors des repas d'affaires.<\/p>\n

Comment diff\u00e9renciez-vous le contact avec diff\u00e9rentes personnes et diff\u00e9rents groupes professionnels ?<\/em><\/p>\n

Au fond, non, car je trouve qu'il va de soi d'accorder du respect \u00e0 tout le monde. Cela vaut aussi bien pour le service de nettoyage ou l'employ\u00e9 de la production que pour le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d'administration. Tous les hommes, avec leurs capacit\u00e9s et leur personnalit\u00e9, sont importants dans les entreprises et bien entendu dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. C'est pourquoi il convient de s'adapter aux diff\u00e9rents groupes professionnels, situations et occasions, tant au niveau du contenu que de la langue et de l'apparence. Pour cela, il est possible de d\u00e9velopper son propre style dans certaines limites et r\u00e8gles. L'important est d'\u00eatre authentique en adoptant un comportement valorisant plut\u00f4t que d'avoir l'air artificiel. Je consid\u00e8re nos r\u00e8gles sociales comme des garde-fous dans lesquels chacun peut suivre son propre chemin.<\/p>\n

L'\"envergure\" de ces garde-fous est-elle en train de changer ?<\/em><\/p>\n

En tout cas, il y a toujours des changements. Par le pass\u00e9, nous avons connu des p\u00e9riodes o\u00f9 l'on a essay\u00e9 de supprimer compl\u00e8tement ces garde-fous. Entre-temps, l'\u00e9volution va \u00e0 nouveau dans l'autre sens : les bonnes mani\u00e8res ont aujourd'hui \u00e0 nouveau une grande importance, m\u00eame dans l'\u00e9conomie.<\/p>\n

D'o\u00f9 vient ce changement et qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour les entreprises ?<\/em><\/p>\n

Nous vivons \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 les produits et les services sont souvent interchangeables. La seule diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans l'individu et son impact sur le partenaire commercial ou le client. Celui qui peut convaincre ici par son attention, son style et son estime, a du succ\u00e8s. En outre, une cohabitation respectueuse au sein de l'entreprise permet de vivre une culture d'entreprise motivante, qui donne ensuite une image positive \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur. Pour ces raisons, les dirigeants d'entreprise attachent de l'importance \u00e0 un comportement appropri\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs - des apprentis aux cadres. De nombreux patrons se remettent \u00e0 d\u00eener avec des candidats pour voir comment ils se comportent. Cela montre \u00e0 quel point il est n\u00e9cessaire de se montrer s\u00fbr de soi dans ce domaine, car cela peut \u00eatre d\u00e9cisif pour l'attribution d'un emploi \u00e0 qualifications \u00e9gales.<\/p>\n

O\u00f9 les erreurs les plus fr\u00e9quentes sont-elles commises ?<\/em><\/p>\n

Eh bien, je n'appelle pas forc\u00e9ment cela une erreur, car il s'agit de d\u00e9velopper un certain tact pour certaines situations et occasions. Si l'on conna\u00eet les principales r\u00e8gles du savoir-vivre moderne, on peut choisir de les appliquer ou non en toute connaissance de cause, mais il faut alors en assumer les \u00e9ventuelles cons\u00e9quences. Il est certain qu'en mati\u00e8re d'habillement, il existe une certaine tendance \u00e0 la d\u00e9contraction qui va ici et l\u00e0 \u00e0 l'encontre du style et de l'\u00e9tiquette. De m\u00eame, les mani\u00e8res \u00e0 table ne correspondent pas toujours aux attentes. Dans la communication, l'attention, c'est-\u00e0-dire l'\u00e9coute classique, fait souvent d\u00e9faut. Ce ne sont souvent que des d\u00e9tails qui d\u00e9rangent l'autre, mais qui sont justement d\u00e9cisifs pour la sympathie ou le rejet.<\/p>\n

Peut-on apprendre les bonnes mani\u00e8res ?<\/em><\/p>\n

Les bonnes mani\u00e8res, ou du moins le sens du savoir-vivre, rel\u00e8vent en tout cas du foyer familial. Lorsque cela n'existe pas ou plus dans la famille ou \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, il faut organiser des s\u00e9minaires et des formations pour apprendre aux gens \u00e0 se comporter de mani\u00e8re souveraine et respectueuse dans les diff\u00e9rentes situations. Le feed-back que je re\u00e7ois lors de mes manifestations me montre que ce th\u00e8me touche beaucoup de gens et qu'il y a beaucoup d'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. J'aimerais transformer ces incertitudes en un comportement s\u00fbr et sympathique. Ce que je souhaite transmettre : il ne s'agit pas d'apprendre par c\u0153ur des r\u00e8gles ou des mod\u00e8les de comportement isol\u00e9s, mais d'avoir le sentiment de savoir quel comportement est adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque situation. Un bon style n'a pas tant \u00e0 voir avec des r\u00e8gles qu'avec un certain tact pour les autres.<\/p>\n
