Si les d\u00e9saccords entre les clients et les exploitants des offres ne peuvent pas \u00eatre r\u00e9solus dans le cadre d'un dialogue commun, il faut une instance fiable et neutre qui joue le r\u00f4le de m\u00e9diateur rapidement et efficacement.<\/p>\r\n<p>C'est pourquoi HotellerieSuisse, Suisse Tourisme, GastroSuisse et la CI Parah\u00f4tellerie se sont unis pour r\u00e9aliser un service de m\u00e9diation pour le tourisme. L'initiative sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ombudsman-touristik.ch\/de\/\" rel=\"noopener\">offre \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de l'ombudsman de la branche suisse du voyage<\/a> int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Actif depuis 1990, cet interm\u00e9diaire impartial entre les clients et les voyagistes op\u00e9rait jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent principalement dans la branche outgoing. L'offre \u00e9largie, accessible \u00e0 partir de juillet 2024, doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre mise \u00e0 la disposition des clients de la destination Suisse.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\"Un signe fort de qualit\u00e9 et de satisfaction du client\"<\/h3>\r\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation de ce point de contact central et neutre renforce la \"confiance dans le tourisme suisse\" et promeut la qualit\u00e9 du service dans la branche : \"L'office de m\u00e9diation commun est une \u00e9tape importante pour notre branche. Il illustre notre engagement commun en faveur des normes de qualit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et de la satisfaction de nos clients\", souligne Nicole Br\u00e4ndle, directrice d'HotellerieSuisse. Il permet \u00e9galement d'intensifier la collaboration au sein de la branche.<\/p>\r\n<p>De plus, la plate-forme fait office de point de contact \u00e0 deux \u00e9gards - d'une part pour les h\u00f4tes qui voyagent en Suisse et d'autre part pour les \u00e9tablissements d'h\u00e9bergement suisses qui cherchent des renseignements et des conseils, ce qui comble une lacune existante dans l'offre.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HotellerieSuisse, Suisse Tourisme, GastroSuisse et la CI Parah\u00f4tellerie cr\u00e9ent un service de m\u00e9diation commun.
