De nombreux actifs accordent de l'importance au travail \u00e0 domicile, mais pour peu d'entre eux, il s'agit d'un crit\u00e8re d\u00e9cisif dans le choix d'un employeur. Ce sont les r\u00e9sultats d'un sondage du r\u00e9seau d'emploi Xing, pour lequel l'institut d'\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 et d'opinion Forsa a interrog\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d'ann\u00e9e cinq cents salari\u00e9s en Suisse al\u00e9manique sur le th\u00e8me du home office et du travail \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Autres r\u00e9sultats :<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Quatre personnes interrog\u00e9es sur dix indiquent qu'elles ont la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler au moins partiellement en home office. Pour 20 pour cent, il y a une obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de pr\u00e9sence et 35 pour cent exercent une profession qui ne peut \u00eatre exerc\u00e9e que sur place. Les hommes, avec 50 pour cent, ont plus souvent la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler en home office que les femmes, avec 29 pour cent.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Parmi les personnes interrog\u00e9es qui peuvent travailler au moins partiellement en home office, 26 pour cent d\u00e9clarent que leur employeur a d\u00e9j\u00e0 limit\u00e9 les possibilit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 domicile. Dix-neuf pour cent suppl\u00e9mentaires craignent qu'une r\u00e9duction soit imminente. Environ la moiti\u00e9 (52%) pense que les possibilit\u00e9s actuelles de travail \u00e0 domicile seront maintenues dans leur entreprise.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>41 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es indiquent que la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler \u00e0 domicile rend un employeur plus attractif. Pour environ un cinqui\u00e8me (21%) des personnes interrog\u00e9es qui ne peuvent actuellement pas travailler \u00e0 domicile, ce serait une raison de changer d'employeur. Pour peu de personnes, l'absence de possibilit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 domicile est un crit\u00e8re d\u00e9cisif dans la recherche d'un emploi. Alors que 45 % renoncent \u00e0 postuler si le lieu d'implantation d'une entreprise ne leur convient pas, malgr\u00e9 la perspective d'un salaire plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, seuls 21 % se laissent d\u00e9courager par l'absence de possibilit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 domicile ou \u00e0 distance. Une mauvaise culture de gestion, de mauvaises exp\u00e9riences avec l'employeur dans le cercle de connaissances, une situation financi\u00e8re difficile de l'entreprise ou une mauvaise image de l'entreprise sont \u00e9galement des crit\u00e8res d'exclusion plus importants que l'absence de possibilit\u00e9s de travail \u00e0 domicile.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>L'effet du home office sur la productivit\u00e9 est \u00e9valu\u00e9 positivement par les personnes interrog\u00e9es qui peuvent travailler au moins partiellement \u00e0 domicile. 21 pour cent estiment que leur propre rendement au travail est beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en home office, 27 pour cent un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. 9 % estiment qu'ils sont un peu moins performants au bureau \u00e0 domicile et 4 % indiquent que leur direction de travail \u00e0 domicile est beaucoup plus faible.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a quatre ans, la pand\u00e9mie de Corona a permis au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail de percer.
