(Image : www.depositphotos.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative en ligne sur laquelle se base l'\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en mai 2024 par l'institut d'\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 Bilendi \u00e0 la demande d'InKonstellation. Selon elle, 54% des salari\u00e9s s'attendent \u00e0 ce que l'IA modifie sensiblement le monde du travail dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les fausses politiques, le plus grand risque de l'IA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les professionnels consid\u00e8rent actuellement que les plus grands risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'IA concernent les questions politiques. L'\"utilisation de fausses d\u00e9clarations ou d'images dans les d\u00e9bats politiques\" est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un risque d'IA par 70%, contre 50% pour la \"perte massive d'emplois\". Seuls 10% estiment que leur propre emploi est menac\u00e9 par l'IA.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des changements massifs dans le monde du travail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le changement le plus important dans le monde du travail est per\u00e7u comme \u00e9tant l'automatisation et l'augmentation de la productivit\u00e9 (69%). Mais une majorit\u00e9 voit des changements tout aussi importants dans la culture du travail - par exemple en raison de l'augmentation du travail \u00e0 distance (57%), de l'\u00e9volution des r\u00f4les et des comp\u00e9tences au travail (63%) ou de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 croissante d'apprendre tout au long de la vie (52%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Collaboration humaine et IA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En principe, les personnes interrog\u00e9es voient dans l'intelligence artificielle plut\u00f4t des opportunit\u00e9s (55%) que des risques (55%). Toutefois, les professionnels sont nettement plus sceptiques quant aux cons\u00e9quences concr\u00e8tes de l'IA sur la collaboration humaine. 63% s'attendent par exemple \u00e0 ce que l'influence de l'IA rende la collaboration humaine plus difficile que plus facile.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9duction des capacit\u00e9s de communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>62% s'attendent davantage \u00e0 ce que l'IA r\u00e9duise les capacit\u00e9s de communication humaines qu'\u00e0 ce que ces capacit\u00e9s augmentent. \"Les gens d\u00e9sapprennent \u00e0 travailler ensemble, \u00e0 communiquer et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de l'empathie\", \u00e9crit un participant dans un commentaire sur ses attentes concernant l'influence de l'IA sur la collaboration humaine. Un autre craint : \"La communication interpersonnelle et la signification \u00e9motionnelle des expressions faciales et des gestes seront compl\u00e8tement perdues\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Transformation dans la pratique de la direction<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s s'attend \u00e9galement \u00e0 des changements radicaux en mati\u00e8re de direction. Ainsi, 55% estiment que la direction virtuelle va augmenter, 52% s'attendent \u00e0 ce que les d\u00e9cisions concernant l'utilisation moralement responsable de l'IA deviennent une t\u00e2che de direction. 45% pensent que le leadership va se modifier davantage \"en direction du coaching, du travail culturel et de la strat\u00e9gie\". Seuls 21% estiment que leur propre direction est \"bien\" ou \"tr\u00e8s bien\" pr\u00e9par\u00e9e aux changements de l'IA.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>L'avance de l'homme sur la machine<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude montre que : La p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l'intelligence artificielle dans le monde du travail devient un \u00e9norme processus de transformation que les hommes doivent et peuvent organiser activement. \"Les hommes ont encore une grande longueur d'avance sur l'IA, car ils ne pensent et n'agissent pas comme des machines sans erreurs, mais comme des \u00eatres humains\", explique Timo Schlage, fondateur et directeur d'InKonstellation : \"Percevoir les conditions et les possibilit\u00e9s de l'action humaine dans les syst\u00e8mes sociaux, les comprendre et les transformer en action commune fait partie de cette avance.
