Les offres d'emploi (17,6 %), les sites de carri\u00e8re (20,1 %) ou les \u00e9valuations des employeurs (18,4 %) sont nettement en retrait.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux en queue de peloton<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si l'on ajoute les pourcentages de voix de ceux qui consid\u00e8rent le m\u00e9dia en question comme au moins \"plut\u00f4t cr\u00e9dible\", les recommandations, les offres d'emploi et les sites de carri\u00e8re ainsi que les \u00e9valuations d\u00e9passent tous les 70 %. La derni\u00e8re place est occup\u00e9e par les m\u00e9dias sociaux des employeurs, avec une part cumul\u00e9e de 57,1 % de \"cr\u00e9dible\" et \"plut\u00f4t cr\u00e9dible\". 42,9 % les trouvent \"(plut\u00f4t) peu cr\u00e9dibles\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Des films d'entreprise peu cr\u00e9dibles, des textes cr\u00e9dibles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les formats utilis\u00e9s dans la communication avec les employeurs, les films d'image n'ont pas une bonne image aupr\u00e8s des demandeurs d'emploi : 51,4 % les consid\u00e8rent comme \"peu cr\u00e9dibles\" ou \"plut\u00f4t peu cr\u00e9dibles\". Les textes - par exemple sur les sites de carri\u00e8re ou dans les offres d'emploi - sont nettement plus cr\u00e9dibles. Ici, la part des personnes sceptiques n'est que de 35,4 %. En revanche, 64,6 % les consid\u00e8rent comme \"cr\u00e9dibles\" ou \"plut\u00f4t cr\u00e9dibles\".<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Check-up des employeurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Environ 86,3 % des demandeurs d'emploi soumettent les employeurs pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le avant de postuler. Le moteur de recherche Google est le principal moyen utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet (80,8 %). Mais les sites de carri\u00e8re des entreprises (65,1 %) et les \u00e9valuations des employeurs (59,0 %) jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important dans l'examen des employeurs potentiels.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Crit\u00e8res d'\u00e9limination<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les crit\u00e8res d'\u00e9limination les plus importants dans le check-up sont les rapports n\u00e9gatifs sur l'employeur provenant du cercle d'amis ou de connaissances (60,4 %), une pr\u00e9sentation peu cr\u00e9dible de soi sur le site de carri\u00e8re ou dans les offres d'emploi (52,0 %) et des \u00e9valuations de l'employeur nettement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 la moyenne et inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 trois \u00e9toiles (48,6 %).<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softgarden.com\">www.softgarden.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seul un quart environ des personnes \u00e0 la recherche d'un emploi estime que l'apparence des employeurs pendant la phase de candidature est totalement cr\u00e9dible.
