(Image : zVg AVM)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>1,9 million de personnes. Selon Swisscom, c'est le nombre de foyers qu'elle dessert d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec All-IP. Si l'on ajoute \u00e0 cela les clients de nombreux autres fournisseurs d'acc\u00e8s r\u00e9gionaux et nationaux, y compris les c\u00e2blo-op\u00e9rateurs, qui utilisent des services triple play (Internet \/ TV \/ t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie) via All-IP, le nombre d'utilisateurs All-IP devrait \u00eatre bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Compte tenu de l'utilisation d\u00e9sormais quasi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e en Suisse du protocole Internet pour la fourniture de tous les services, le sp\u00e9cialiste berlinois de la communication AVM a voulu savoir ce que les consommateurs suisses savaient exactement de cette technologie, le \"tout IP\".<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative men\u00e9e dans toute la Suisse par AVM en collaboration avec l'institut d'\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendant Link contredisent \u00e0 l'extr\u00eame l'hypoth\u00e8se initiale d'une perception tout aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de la nouvelle technologie, selon le communiqu\u00e9. Pr\u00e8s d'une personne sur treize a confirm\u00e9 savoir \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s de quoi il s'agit, une personne sur neuf a indiqu\u00e9 en avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu parler mais ne pas savoir ce qu'est le \"tout IP\" et une majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante (81%) a affirm\u00e9 ne pas conna\u00eetre le terme \"tout IP\". Voici le r\u00e9sultat de l'enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs, qui est d\u00e9cevant aux yeux des auteurs de l'\u00e9tude<\/p>\n<h2>La transition entra\u00eene des attentes diff\u00e9rentes en mati\u00e8re de changement<\/h2>\n<p>Les consommateurs qui ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 savoir \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s ce qu'est le tout IP ont en outre \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur ce qui changerait pour eux dans le cadre du passage au tout IP. L'\u00e9tude s'est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e tr\u00e8s instructive sur ce point \u00e9galement, comme l'indique AVM. Une personne interrog\u00e9e sur deux (pr\u00e8s d'une personne sur trois chez les Suisses italophones) a indiqu\u00e9 qu'elle pouvait s'imaginer un changement dans son comportement de consommation. Parmi eux, un actif sur sept disposant d'un revenu brut moyen \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9 a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'il n'avait aucune id\u00e9e de la forme que prendrait un tel changement : un potentiel d'\"ind\u00e9cis\" qui pourrait m\u00eame, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, changer de fournisseur d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet dans un avenir proche.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, une personne sur cinq a r\u00e9solument indiqu\u00e9 qu'elle souhaitait changer d'abonnement Internet au profit d'une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 : un \"downgrade\" vers une simple ligne de donn\u00e9es au lieu d'un paquet \"tout-en-un\" (Internet\/t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie\/TV) entre en ligne de compte pour ces consommateurs parce qu'ils utilisent principalement la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile et qu'ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent les offres \"TV \u00e0 la demande\". Une opinion qui est m\u00eame partag\u00e9e par une personne sur trois dans les zones rurales. Une personne interrog\u00e9e sur six a indiqu\u00e9 ne pas \u00eatre enthousiasm\u00e9e par le changement et a identifi\u00e9 l'obligation d'utiliser un routeur comme motif de son propre m\u00e9contentement : il est ici clairement mentionn\u00e9 le fait que, dans le cadre du changement, les op\u00e9rateurs imposent \u00e0 leurs clients des routeurs de leur propre marque pour les services Internet, de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie ou de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision utilis\u00e9s, contrairement, par exemple, \u00e0 l'Allemagne voisine, o\u00f9 le libre choix du routeur est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 depuis ao\u00fbt 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Une personne interrog\u00e9e sur treize est m\u00eame irrit\u00e9e par le changement en raison de l'augmentation des prix des abonnements Internet pour une utilisation inchang\u00e9e. Il n'est toutefois pas clair s'il s'agit d'une simple crainte ou d'une d\u00e9claration fond\u00e9e sur l'exp\u00e9rience personnelle.<\/p>\n<h2>Les avantages du tout IP<\/h2>\n<p>Le passage au tout IP offre de nombreux avantages aux consommateurs. Internet, la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie sont disponibles \u00e0 partir d'une seule prise murale, que l'on utilise le c\u00e2ble, le cuivre (DSL) ou la fibre optique pour acc\u00e9der aux services. La t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie fixe est transmise via le protocole Internet et non plus via diff\u00e9rentes plages de fr\u00e9quences sur une m\u00eame ligne. Cela permet d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des conversations, car la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie Voix sur IP, d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement r\u00e9pandue, permet \u00e9galement des conversations en haute d\u00e9finition (HD) de grande qualit\u00e9 acoustique. Autre avantage : les smartphones peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre connect\u00e9s \u00e0 la connexion IP par WLAN et utilis\u00e9s comme des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones fixes traditionnels. Et la plupart des fournisseurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision transmettent de toute fa\u00e7on d\u00e9j\u00e0 leurs cha\u00eenes de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision via IP. Le sp\u00e9cialiste de la communication AVM propose depuis un certain temps d\u00e9j\u00e0 des routeurs qui int\u00e8grent cette nouvelle technologie dans le r\u00e9seau domestique intelligent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1,9 Millionen.
