Le biogaz peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme carburant \u00e9cologique pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 gaz. (Image : Energie 360\u00b0)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Les consommateurs de gaz suisses se laissent de plus en plus s\u00e9duire par le biogaz. Ainsi, en 2015, 25 installations ont inject\u00e9 262 GWh de biogaz dans le r\u00e9seau. Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 23% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. C'est ce qu'annonce l'Association Suisse de l'Industrie Gazi\u00e8re (ASIG).<\/p>\n

Le biogaz, \u00e9nergie renouvelable et exempte de CO2, est produit \u00e0 partir de d\u00e9chets naturels. Comme le gaz naturel, il se compose essentiellement de m\u00e9thane et peut \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 volont\u00e9 avec celui-ci. De nombreux fournisseurs locaux proposent aujourd'hui du gaz naturel avec diff\u00e9rentes proportions de biogaz.<\/p>\n

Les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 gaz en plein essor<\/strong>
\nEn Suisse, 12'480 (+5%) v\u00e9hicules au gaz naturel\/biogaz \u00e9taient en service en 2015. C'est dans les cantons de Zurich, Berne, Vaud et Argovie que l'on trouve le plus grand nombre de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 gaz. Le nombre de nouvelles immatriculations s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 1198 v\u00e9hicules (-4%) ; pour les voitures de tourisme, le nombre de nouvelles immatriculations a pu \u00eatre augment\u00e9 de 2%.<\/p>\n

En 2015, la part moyenne de biogaz dans le carburant \u00e9tait de pr\u00e8s de 24%. L'ajout de biogaz permet d'am\u00e9liorer encore le bilan CO2 d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s bon des v\u00e9hicules au gaz naturel. Les v\u00e9hicules propuls\u00e9s au gaz naturel\/biogaz \u00e9mettent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins de polluants nocifs pour l'environnement et la sant\u00e9 que les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur essence ou diesel. Comme les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, le dernier palmar\u00e8s automobile de l'Association Transports et Environnement (ATE) confirme que les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 gaz sont respectueux de l'environnement.<\/p>\n

L'industrie gazi\u00e8re consolide sa position<\/strong>
\nEn Suisse, 37 120 GWh de gaz naturel et de biogaz ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus en 2015. L'augmentation de 7% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente est principalement due \u00e0 l'augmentation des degr\u00e9s-jours de chauffage (+10%).<\/p>\n

Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l'industrie gazi\u00e8re suisse a pu consolider sa position sur le march\u00e9 suisse de l'\u00e9nergie. Ainsi, au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, environ 36'800 GWh de gaz ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus en moyenne chaque ann\u00e9e ; la part du gaz naturel dans la consommation finale d'\u00e9nergie est d'environ 13%. Le r\u00e9seau de transport et de distribution, long d'environ 19'500 kilom\u00e8tres, dessert aujourd'hui les trois quarts de la population suisse. Pour l'industrie suisse, le gaz naturel est utilis\u00e9 en premier lieu pour la production de chaleur industrielle. Ainsi, l'industrie des machines, des \u00e9quipements \u00e9lectriques et des m\u00e9taux couvre d\u00e9sormais environ un tiers de ses besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques avec du gaz naturel, contribuant ainsi de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
