Un jury de 23 personnalit\u00e9s issues des domaines de la gestion d'entreprise, du marketing, de la recherche, des m\u00e9dias, du conseil en ressources humaines et de l'enseignement se charge de nommer les candidats potentiels. Ces nomin\u00e9s sont analys\u00e9s et \u00e9valu\u00e9s par l'Institut f\u00fcr Marketing & Consumer Insight de l'Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall.
