Malgr\u00e9 cette \u00e9volution positive, la situation du march\u00e9 reste tendue pour de nombreux commer\u00e7ants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Popularit\u00e9 croissante des places de march\u00e9 virtuelles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Une tendance centrale du barom\u00e8tre d'opinion actuel est la popularit\u00e9 croissante des places de march\u00e9 virtuelles. 78% des personnes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des achats sur des plateformes comme Amazon, Digitec Galaxus ou Ricardo. Il s'agit d'une nette augmentation par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, o\u00f9 seuls 56% utilisaient ces plateformes. Chez les moins de 34 ans en particulier, Digitec Galaxus et Zalando sont les places de march\u00e9 en ligne les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es, avec 41% chacune.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le shopping international et Twint ont la cote<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les achats internationaux, notamment en provenance de Chine, sont \u00e9galement en augmentation. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des Suisses interrog\u00e9s (47%) ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait des achats dans des boutiques en ligne chinoises, contre 37% l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de paiement, l'\u00e9tude montre que chez les moins de 34 ans, Twint est le moyen de paiement le plus populaire (81%), suivi des cartes de cr\u00e9dit (72%) et des factures (70%).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pleins feux sur la logistique et le d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La logistique et la durabilit\u00e9 restent des pr\u00e9occupations majeures des consommateurs. La possibilit\u00e9 de suivre et de contr\u00f4ler les envois en ligne ainsi qu'un pr\u00e9avis de r\u00e9ception sont les options de livraison les plus importantes, tous groupes d'\u00e2ge confondus. En ce qui concerne les options de livraison durable, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es souhaitent que les livraisons partielles soient regroup\u00e9es. Pour 72% des personnes interrog\u00e9es, une exp\u00e9dition optimis\u00e9e en termes de taille est importante, et pour 68%, l'utilisation d'emballages en mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gestion des retours et comportement des consommateurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude montre \u00e9galement que 68% des personnes interrog\u00e9es se renseignent souvent ou toujours sur les conditions de retour, le motif de retour le plus fr\u00e9quent (88%) \u00e9tant que l'article ne correspond pas aux attentes.<\/p>\n<p>\"Le march\u00e9 en ligne est en pleine \u00e9volution. Nous le constatons \u00e9galement en interrogeant les destinataires. Les grandes plateformes continuent de gagner en pertinence, Amazon faisant toutefois exception. On constate \u00e9galement l'influence de Temu et de Shein. D\u00e9j\u00e0 10% d\u00e9clarent commander sur Temu, et ce chiffre atteint m\u00eame 15% chez les moins de 34 ans\", explique Philippe Mettler, Digital Commerce Consultant \u00e0 la Poste.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph Hutter, Head of Product Development &amp; Research \u00e0 l'Institute for Digital Business de la HWZ ajoute : \"Le comportement des consommatrices et consommateurs suisses est paradoxal. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es se sont laiss\u00e9es tenter par des achats sur des plateformes chinoises en raison des prix bas, mais en m\u00eame temps, les options d'exp\u00e9dition et les emballages durables ainsi qu'une gestion judicieuse des retours sont des aspects importants pour la majorit\u00e9.
