L'\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re ce qui a fait bouger les entreprises dans ce domaine au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, o\u00f9 elles en sont aujourd'hui, comment elles s'organisent et ce qu'elles pr\u00e9voient pour les deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. L'agence souhaite ainsi apporter une contribution \u00e0 tous les professionnels et \u00e0 ceux qui souhaitent le devenir.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>La marque employeur devient plus pertinente<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Selon l'\u00e9tude, l'Employer Branding a re\u00e7u plus d'attention et a gagn\u00e9 en importance dans la plupart des entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Cela se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans les ressources allou\u00e9es \u00e0 ce domaine, tant sur le plan personnel que financier. Ainsi, deux bons tiers des entreprises ont augment\u00e9 les unit\u00e9s de personnel dans leurs \u00e9quipes d'employer branding. La moiti\u00e9 d'entre elles ont \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 leurs ressources financi\u00e8res.
