L'ann\u00e9e 2018 est encore jeune - il est donc toujours temps de regarder dans la \"boule de cristal\" pour faire des pr\u00e9visions. Michael Rudnich de Riverbed a \u00e9galement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi et pr\u00e9sente les tendances et pr\u00e9dictions informatiques suivantes pour 2018 :<\/p>\n

L'Internet des objets (IoT) et l'hyperconnectivit\u00e9 vont modifier fondamentalement les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 traditionnelles<\/h2>\n

Auparavant, il n'existait que peu de possibilit\u00e9s d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me. Aujourd'hui, le nombre d'appareils et de points d'acc\u00e8s, et donc le nombre d'acc\u00e8s, augmente rapidement. Les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 traditionnelles ne suffisent donc plus. L'id\u00e9e selon laquelle le r\u00e9seau est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par l'utilisation d'un pare-feu qui s\u00e9pare le trafic fiable du trafic non fiable est archa\u00efque. Les entreprises, quant \u00e0 elles, d\u00e9pendent des services de mobilit\u00e9, de la bande passante ou de l'infrastructure r\u00e9seau pour fournir la connectivit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire. La gestion de la connectivit\u00e9 des appareils IoT repr\u00e9sente un \u00e9norme d\u00e9fi pour les entreprises.<\/p>\n

Pour les fournisseurs de services, l'exp\u00e9rience utilisateur devient un avantage concurrentiel<\/h2>\n

Aujourd'hui, la haute disponibilit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la performance d\u00e9terminent la valeur des services fournis par les prestataires de services aux clients. En revanche, l'exp\u00e9rience de l'utilisateur concernant ces services est peu prise en compte, car elle est difficile \u00e0 mesurer. Les fournisseurs de services commenceront donc en 2018 \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer l'humeur subjective des utilisateurs \u00e0 l'aide de la technologie de traitement du langage naturel, selon les pr\u00e9visions. Cela leur donne un avantage concurrentiel, car ils peuvent faire valoir la grande satisfaction de leurs clients.<\/p>\n

Une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur positive n'est possible qu'avec des r\u00e9seaux de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n

Une entreprise est fondamentalement un r\u00e9seau distribu\u00e9, compos\u00e9 de petits groupes de travail reli\u00e9s entre eux par le r\u00e9seau. L'exp\u00e9rience utilisateur concernant les principales applications et services peut varier d'un bureau \u00e0 l'autre et pour diff\u00e9rentes raisons. Toutefois, les diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences que les collaborateurs ont avec les applications peuvent avoir une influence n\u00e9gative sur la mani\u00e8re dont ces applications et services sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s et sur la fr\u00e9quence de leur utilisation. Si les applications et les services ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s en raison d'une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience utilisateur, les fonctionnalit\u00e9s esp\u00e9r\u00e9es ne seront pas disponibles, m\u00eame si un budget a \u00e9t\u00e9 investi \u00e0 cet effet. Le r\u00e9seau traditionnel est d\u00e9pendant du mat\u00e9riel et fonctionne avec des technologies fragment\u00e9es, voire inefficaces, qui entra\u00eenent des performances fluctuantes. La gestion des performances des applications et des services est difficile pour l'IT de l'entreprise dans de tels r\u00e9seaux : il n'y a pas de vision globale des activit\u00e9s et des exigences du r\u00e9seau, pourquoi les mesures n\u00e9cessaires ne peuvent pas \u00eatre prises.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e9seaux de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, en revanche, seront en grande partie d\u00e9finis par logiciel. Cela permettra au service informatique d'utiliser les chemins r\u00e9seau optimaux, de d\u00e9finir correctement les priorit\u00e9s dans le trafic r\u00e9seau et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement du r\u00e9seau partout. Ces r\u00e9seaux offrent \u00e9galement une visibilit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et de bout en bout de l'exp\u00e9rience utilisateur, du centre de donn\u00e9es aux terminaux en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du r\u00e9seau. Il est ainsi possible d'identifier et de corriger tous les facteurs susceptibles d'influencer les performances, et ce avant que les utilisateurs n'en soient affect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
