Bechtle AG, dont le si\u00e8ge social se trouve \u00e0 Neckarsulm en Allemagne, acquiert avec Acommit AG, Horgen, l'un des principaux prestataires de services suisses en mati\u00e8re de logiciels et de solutions d'infrastructure informatique. L'entreprise, fond\u00e9e en 1983, est un sp\u00e9cialiste reconnu des solutions logicielles ERP bas\u00e9es sur Microsoft Dynamics\/NAV et sur son propre d\u00e9veloppement DIAS. Acommit cr\u00e9e principalement des solutions ERP sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la branche, en particulier pour les clients des branches commerce\/retail, et se concentre avant tout sur la num\u00e9risation des processus commerciaux. L'entreprise emploie 60 personnes sur les sites de Horgen, Wallisellen, Lyss et Lucerne et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 14 millions de francs suisses au cours de l'exercice \u00e9coul\u00e9. Le prestataire de services informatiques dispose d'une large base de client\u00e8le de plus de 200 entreprises suisses de taille moyenne. Les propri\u00e9taires actuels, Martin K\u00fcng, Christoph Kleiner, Erich Wieser et Robert Zanzerl, conservent leur fonction de direction dans l'entreprise. Le nom de l'entreprise reste \u00e9galement inchang\u00e9.<\/p>\n
