(Image : zVg)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>L'alimentation a des cons\u00e9quences importantes pour notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 : d'une part, la mani\u00e8re dont les aliments sont produits, transform\u00e9s et consomm\u00e9s a un impact sur l'environnement, l'\u00e9conomie et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. D'autre part, de nombreuses maladies courantes sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'alimentation. L'alimentation de demain doit donc tenir compte \u00e0 la fois des aspects de durabilit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet PNR 69 \"Sustainable and healthy diets : Trade-offs and synergies\", les synergies et les conflits d'objectifs entre les deux domaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s. Il pr\u00e9sente diff\u00e9rents sc\u00e9narios et fournit des strat\u00e9gies pour rendre l'alimentation en Suisse plus saine et en m\u00eame temps plus durable. L'\u00e9tude \u00e9value l'impact de l'alimentation de la population suisse sur l'environnement, l'\u00e9conomie et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que sur la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facile d'acc\u00e8s et clair<\/strong><br \/>\nLa SSN a visualis\u00e9 les sc\u00e9narios et strat\u00e9gies issus du projet PNR 69 \u00e0 l'aide de bandes dessin\u00e9es mettant en sc\u00e8ne six protagonistes diff\u00e9rents. Les th\u00e8mes les plus divers y sont abord\u00e9s, comme la consommation de viande, le gaspillage alimentaire, l'origine et les conditions de production. Les r\u00e9flexions des diff\u00e9rentes personnes, leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs intentions pour l'avenir sont \u00e9galement mises en lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>\"Personne n'est parfait. Il y a des choses que nous r\u00e9ussissons d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien, mais d'autres pas encore.
