Lors de notre dernier entretien, la pand\u00e9mie faisait \"rage\" et la compagnie a\u00e9rienne a d\u00fb suspendre une grande partie de ses activit\u00e9s de marketing. Toute votre communication \u00e9tait ax\u00e9e sur la \"s\u00e9curit\u00e9\". Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu les mois - les ann\u00e9es - de la pand\u00e9mie en tant qu'ancien membre d'\u00e9quipage de cabine et actuel responsable du marketing de SWISS ; de quoi vous souvenez-vous particuli\u00e8rement ?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Stefan Vasic : <\/strong>R\u00e9trospectivement, cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9t\u00e9 extr\u00eamement exigeante et, \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards, charg\u00e9e d'\u00e9motions. En tant que compagnie a\u00e9rienne op\u00e9rant \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale, nous nous sommes vus contraints d'adapter en permanence notre communication \u00e0 un environnement en constante \u00e9volution. Durant cette phase, notre marketing \u00e9tait enti\u00e8rement ax\u00e9 sur l'information \u00e0 nos clientes et clients. Au lieu de grandes campagnes, d'actions sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et d'\u00e9v\u00e9nements, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur les diff\u00e9rentes exigences des autorit\u00e9s sanitaires du monde entier. Notre objectif premier \u00e9tait de nous assurer que nos clients re\u00e7oivent toujours les informations qui les concernent et qu'ils se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et entre de bonnes mains \u00e0 bord de nos avions. Avec la disparition de la pand\u00e9mie et le retour progressif \u00e0 la normale, notre activit\u00e9 principale a \u00e9galement pu revenir au premier plan dans le domaine du marketing, ce qui a suscit\u00e9 une grande joie chez mes collaborateurs. La charge \u00e9motionnelle r\u00e9sultait notamment de l'incertitude quant \u00e0 la suite des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. M\u00eame si, personnellement, je ne savais pas exactement comment la situation allait \u00e9voluer, j'ai toujours cru que les choses allaient continuer. J'ai essay\u00e9 de transmettre cette confiance et cette attitude positive \u00e0 mon \u00e9quipe. Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9duction initiale du d\u00e9partement marketing, nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 le reconstruire progressivement, par petites \u00e9tapes. Ce processus a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une grande motivation, des comp\u00e9tences de direction, une communication claire et, surtout, beaucoup d'\u00e9nergie. R\u00e9trospectivement, je dirais que nous avons r\u00e9ussi cette reconstruction de mani\u00e8re impressionnante, car nous sommes plus performants que jamais, tant sur le plan qualitatif que quantitatif. Je suis extr\u00eamement fier de pouvoir diriger une \u00e9quipe aussi engag\u00e9e et j'aimerais profiter de cette occasion pour remercier tous les collaborateurs de Swiss-Marketing pour leur engagement sans faille et leur immense d\u00e9vouement. Cela concerne des domaines comme le travail et les loisirs, l'alimentation, mais aussi les voyages. On attend plus de nous. Outre les consid\u00e9rations mentionn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, nous avons profit\u00e9 de cette p\u00e9riode en termes de strat\u00e9gie d'entreprise pour affiner l'identit\u00e9 de notre marque et mettre en avant un facteur diff\u00e9renciateur profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9 dans notre ADN : le r\u00f4le d'h\u00f4te qui souhaite offrir \u00e0 tous les passagers une exp\u00e9rience de voyage confortable et de qualit\u00e9 - attentif aux moindres d\u00e9tails, chaleureux dans ses relations et authentique dans sa pr\u00e9sentation. Cet accent mis sur les relations humaines est certainement un facteur influenc\u00e9 par la pand\u00e9mie. Apr\u00e8s tout, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons tous aiguis\u00e9 nos sens pour ce qui est vraiment important.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>L'\u00e9criture de \"Swiss all the way\" est particuli\u00e8re - les intervalles sont bien s\u00fbr intentionnels, ils symbolisent pour moi, en tant que personne ext\u00e9rieure, le chemin, les \u00e9tapes le long desquelles la \"Swiss-ness\" est perceptible. Mais ne craignez-vous pas d'avoir introduit un \"frein \u00e0 la lecture\" ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">Non, bien au contraire !
