Depuis 2012, le Family Business Award r\u00e9compense chaque ann\u00e9e une entreprise familiale suisse g\u00e9r\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement durable. Le prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par AMAG en l'honneur de son fondateur Walter Haefner. Cette ann\u00e9e, Blumer-Lehmann AG de Gossau, FRAISA SA de Bellach et le Groupe Volet SA de St-L\u00e9gier \u00e9taient en finale. FRAISA SA a convaincu le jury d'experts par sa culture d'entreprise, son engagement \u00e0 long terme et son d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n

En tant que laur\u00e9ate, elle rejoint les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents laur\u00e9ats Wyon AG (2015), Entreprises et Domaines Rouvinez (2014), SIGA Holding AG (2013) et Trisa AG (2012).<\/p>\n

La remise des prix a eu lieu le 6 d\u00e9cembre 2016 chez AMAG Soleure. Tous les finalistes du prix re\u00e7oivent un v\u00e9hicule de la part d'AMAG - cette ann\u00e9e, il s'agit d'une VW Passat Variant GTE. L'hybride plug-in de la maison Volkswagen accompagnera les finalistes pendant un an de mani\u00e8re efficace et durable.<\/p>\n

FRAISA montre sa passion pour le produit<\/strong><\/p>\n

FRAISA produit des outils de coupe ultramodernes pour l'usinage des m\u00e9taux. L'entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1934 et compte aujourd'hui 540 collaborateurs sur sept sites, ce qui en fait l'un des principaux fabricants de la branche. Malgr\u00e9 sa taille et ses diff\u00e9rents sites, FRAISA est une v\u00e9ritable entreprise familiale avec un lien fort entre l'\u00e9quipe de direction et le personnel. Les collaborateurs se distinguent par leur enthousiasme et leur identification avec le produit.
