Le Female Innovation Forum s'adresse aux fondatrices et aux jeunes entrepreneuses et met en r\u00e9seau le monde des startups en Suisse et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Selon le Barom\u00e8tre EY des start-ups (2023), seuls 5 % des start-ups cr\u00e9\u00e9es par des femmes ont re\u00e7u du capital-risque. Le forum s'est fix\u00e9 pour objectif d'augmenter continuellement cette proportion, de promouvoir les jeunes entrepreneuses et de les mettre en r\u00e9seau afin, en fin de compte, de renforcer la place \u00e9conomique suisse \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\r\n

Pour la septi\u00e8me fois d\u00e9j\u00e0, des prix ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories \u00e0 des femmes innovantes dans le cadre du Female Innovation Forum. Cette ann\u00e9e encore, deux prix du jury ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9s : le \"Female Innovator of the Year\" et le \"Recognition Award\". En outre, quatre autres fondatrices ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es en collaboration avec diff\u00e9rents partenaires Collab dans les domaines \"Social Innovation\", \"Digital Innovation\", \"Diversity & Inclusion Innovation\" et \"Design Innovation\". La fondatrice et pr\u00e9sidente du jury Sandra-Stella Triebl, souligne : \"L'\u00e9conomie a aussi un visage f\u00e9minin. C'est ce que nous montrons et c\u00e9l\u00e9brons\".<\/p>\r\n

Programme de la journ\u00e9e avec des keynotes et des ateliers<\/h3>\r\n

Cette ann\u00e9e encore, le Female Innovation Forum a offert diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage. Les 260 participants ont pu \u00e9changer des exp\u00e9riences et des id\u00e9es et nouer de pr\u00e9cieux contacts dans le cadre d'ateliers dirig\u00e9s par cinq cr\u00e9atrices d'entreprise de diff\u00e9rents domaines.<\/p>\r\n

Marion Fogli, de la banque priv\u00e9e num\u00e9rique Alpian, a parl\u00e9 des connaissances financi\u00e8res comme moteur de l'innovation, tandis que Katherin Milligan, experte en entrepreneuriat social, a montr\u00e9 comment devenir un leader du changement social. Larissa Huisgen, vice-pr\u00e9sidente du portefeuille de marques de BMW, a expliqu\u00e9 comment l'innovation permet la transformation, tandis que Pina Schlombs, Sustainability Lead de Siemens, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l'innovation comme un turbo pour les industries durables. Et Sarah Harbarth de la startup Kuori a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des solutions d'\u00e9conomie circulaire avec une technologie innovante d'upcycling.<\/p>\r\n

La journ\u00e9e s'est termin\u00e9e en apoth\u00e9ose par la Award Night sous la forme d'un d\u00eener de gala, accompagn\u00e9 d'un autre discours-programme de Larisa B. Miller, CEO de Phoenix Global Group Holdings.<\/p>\r\n

Prix \"Female Innovator of the Year\" d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 Nicole Kleger<\/h3>\r\n

Le prix principal du Female Innovation Forum 2024, d\u00e9cern\u00e9 en coop\u00e9ration avec BMW Suisse, a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la spin-off de l'ETH \"Sallea\" et a r\u00e9compens\u00e9 sa cofondatrice Nicole Kleger. La startup a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication de biomat\u00e9riaux afin de cr\u00e9er des structures tridimensionnelles sur lesquelles les tissus carn\u00e9s peuvent se d\u00e9velopper. Leur impression 3D peut par exemple \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme base pour la culture de viande en laboratoire.<\/p>\r\n

\"Prix de reconnaissance\" pour Margaux Peltier<\/h3>\r\n

La spin-off de l'\u00c9cole polytechnique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne (EPFL) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution innovante pour l'utilisation de la chaleur et du froid dans les infrastructures souterraines existantes. Pour ce faire, \"Enerdrape\" a con\u00e7u des panneaux g\u00e9othermiques qui peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s dans des tunnels, des parkings ou des stations de m\u00e9tro. Ceux-ci sont travers\u00e9s par plusieurs couches de tuyaux dans lesquels l'eau circule et qui deviennent ainsi des \u00e9changeurs de chaleur. L'\u00e9nergie des b\u00e2timents existants est ainsi directement utilis\u00e9e dans le sous-sol.<\/p>\r\n

L'ing\u00e9nieure Margaux Peltier est CEO et cofondatrice d'\"Enerdrape\" et responsable du d\u00e9veloppement de la strat\u00e9gie de l'entreprise ainsi que de sa mise en \u0153uvre. Elle a re\u00e7u pour cela le \"Recognition Award\", qui lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis par la banque priv\u00e9e num\u00e9rique Alpian.<\/p>\r\n

Quatre prix pour des femmes extraordinaires<\/h3>\r\n

Derri\u00e8re le Female Innovation Forum se trouvent, outre BMW et la banque priv\u00e9e num\u00e9rique Alpian, DQSolutions, Siemens, USM et le canton de Zurich. Ils ont chacun remis un prix.<\/p>\r\n
